Abstract: A folding cup holder carrier that provides for multiple cup carrying from a single folded sheet material blank. The cup carrier has a central handle with opposing tapered sides with multiple apertured hinged cup engagement flaps formed thereon. A base is defined between said respective sides below said multiple apertures to support a cup's bottom once placed through the corresponding apertures and retained by resilient retainment by the hinge flaps.
Abstract: A teaching device for sport configured motorcycles that restricts the angular inclination of the motorcycle and therefore its effective height from the ground when performing a wheelie in which the motorcycle is positioned on its rear wheel as it is driven. A bracket assembly extends from the rear wheel of the motorcycle with pavement engagement wheels positioned on its free end. The bracket assembly can be adjusted to afford different engagement angles to safely stabilize and restrict the effective height of the sport motorcycle's front wheel off the pavement during the “wheelie” maneuver thus providing a teaching platform for individuals practicing the art of wheelies on sport configured motorcycles.
Abstract: A self-contained lever device that can engage and lift and hold the lid of a large trash container open for ease of access. The lever device has oppositely disposed contoured engagement ends and an intermediate grip and deployable storage hooks can be disassembled into three sections for initial transportation prior to assembly.

The ball retriever defines an open cup having contoured side walls with a cutaway area where for visibility during use. Abstract: A wheel lock device wherein a locking lug nut is threadably engaged on a vehicle wheel. A security sleeve is removably secured over the hex portion of the lug nut preventing unauthorized engagement and removal thereof. A retainment fastener secures the security sleeve to the modified lug nut by an integrated removal and placement rotational key tool.
Abstract: A device to secure, cut and sequentially remove a manhole from a street environment. The manhole removing device is supported and rotatably driven hydraulically by a mobile operation equipment. A circular disk assembly has adjustable pavement cutters adjustably positioned from there within an inter-related manhole centering and a locking alignment and engagement plate assembly define a one-step cutting and removal of an existing manhole from the street for replacement.
Abstract: An improved sacrificial galvanic anode assembly for cathodic protection of a steel reinforced concrete structure. A galvanic cathodic protection device uses a multi-layered embedded sacrificial anode such as zinc covered with a flexible layer of paste to provide a continuous electrolyte to keep it active. The formulated paste is inert to cement embedment material and is pre-coated on the anode body prior to encapsulation. An integrated conductive contact band extends from within the coated anode to attachment to a reinforcement bar for establishing electrical conductively therewith in the concrete structure transferring galvanic corrosion to the anode.
Abstract: A gas insertion tool for cleaning a well bore is connected to the down hole end of a fluid supply tubing inserted through a positioning string within a well bore. Fluid pressure within the string pushes the well tool therethrough pulling the fluid supply line and then exiting the well string within the well bore adjacent its termination. The positioning string is retrieved leaving the tool wedgeably secured within the well bore for dispensing pressurized fluid within the well bore dislodging fluid and trapped foreign material within the horizontal leg of the well bore.
Abstract: A universal ultraviolet light sanitation device that can be mounted to existing doors and the like wherein the UV light sources are positioned for treatment of a door knob or handle. The device provides for opposing UV lights in a light emitting housing around the doorknob. Sensor means within the assembly determines the non-presence of the user's hand and activates the UV lights before and after handle contact assuring sanitation of the light exposed non-porous surfaces.
Abstract: A venting device and system for subterranean basement structure walls to provide interior wall flow-through ventilation. Multiple venting devices are positioned strategically in the wall at intervals there along in an inter-dependent pattern allowing for convection intake and outflow of ambient interior air through the walls. The venting devices define a continuous insertable conduit with size specific restriction exposed end access fixtures. The strategic placement of the venting devices facilitates thermal exchange and creates a homeostatic static temperature and dew point between communicating spaces by means of pressure differential, air density and temperatures.

Abstract: A folding knife having a movable locking element that locks the blade in open position and retains the blade in secure closed position within an integrated spaced parallel monolithic handle frame member. A spring-urged locking retainment arm engages corresponding parallel portions of the blade shank when in respective locked open and locked closed positions. Sliding longitudinal displacement of the retainment arm allows for progressive engaged rotation of the blade shank about a pivot mounting point to a fully closed and locked position against two blade shank engagement points by the locking arm.
Abstract: An integrated shopping cart display and information handle attachment having multiple display orientation surfaces that are selectively positioned for viewing and use access by index rotation. Abstract: A self-contained expandable hospital gown having a central retainment belt from which expandable adjustable upper and lower gown portions can be selectively deployed. Engagement and interlocking tabs provide deployment on the upper torso extending portion and a lower torso extending portion with independent retainment and positioning access openings associated therewith.
