    Abstract: A chute feed assembly for opening and moving fibers through a chute delivery system into an infeed chute for an opening station. The chute feed assembly includes a beater for opening the fibers which is drivable in a selected of two directions. The beater delivers the opened fibers into a fiber batt forming chute where they are formed into a fiber batt which is then delivered to further processing. The infeed air flow is assisted by providing non-friction chute surfaces to allow even fiber flow throughout the chute. Also, the air flows of densified air controlled across the fiber batt forming channel to provide for even fiber distribution of selected density. The assembly provides for all drive motors to be mounted outside the interior of the chute feed assembly reducing heat build-up within the chute feed assembly.

    Abstract: A portable berm for use in and out of doors. The berm includes a impervious flexible synthetic floor which has a berm wall formed about its periphery. The berm wall comprises a plurality of elongated plastic strips which are attached to the floor along their inner and outer edges each forming a cavity which extend around the floor. A plurality of openings are formed in the strips adjacent at least their edges. An adsorbent and absorbent hydrophobic material which allows water to pass through but absorbs chemical contaminants is positioned within the cavities to extend about the floor.

    Abstract: A multi-layer papermaking fabric for use in a papermaking machine. The multi-layer fabric includes an upper fabric layer having a paper fiber support surface which is formed of first warp yarns interlaced with first weft yarns with at least one of these being knit yarns. Also, the lower fabric layer is formed of second warp yarns interlaced with second weft yarns. The construction of the knit yarns forms a series of loops which extend longitudinally and transversely of their longitudinal axis. These loops form the support surface with increased cover and provide for more uniform drainage of the paper forming fibers.

    Abstract: The invention is directed to an extended wear stone polishing disk for use with an automatic polishing head. The disk consists of a first plastic plate of prescribed flexibility having a pair of mounting studs secures therewith to extend above its upper face. The mounting studs form a quick release securing members which locks with the mounting plate and secures it with the first plate. A second plastic plate and a resilient foam pad secured there between. A plurality of diamond faced grinding and polishing segments are secured with the lower face of the second plate in a prescribed pattern to form a polishing face. In use, the resilient foam pad evenly distributes resistance to pressure applied against the second plate during polishing while allowing the polishing face to distort in conformance with the contour of the surface being polished.

    Abstract: A detachable dump bucket assembly for selective attachable with a skid steer loader. The assembly includes a substantially rigid frame having side rails connecting with opposed ends of front and rear rails. An attachment frame which is operative to connect with the lift arms of the loader is connected with the rear rail of the frame. A pair of swivel support wheels and a support axle are connected with a teeter-totter mounting with the front rail of the frame. A hydraulically controlled dump bucket is provided and pivoted about the front rail between a carry position and a dump position. The assembly, when attached with the lift arms of the loader, is capable of carrying and dumping material weighing at least two times the weight of the loader. It is also capable of being raised by the lift arms into an elevated position for carried movement.

A non-elastic strap, which is connectable with the holster, is provided for securing a weapon therein. A plurality of multi-compartment pockets are formed with the band. The compartments are selectively sized to receive ammunition magazines, pocket knives, keys, money cartridges, identification, etc.

    Abstract: This invention relates to a machine for mixing and blending liquid chemicals with a gas or air, and more particularly for providing an air and chemical mixture having the consistency of a foam substance for coating the surface of a fabric or other substrate material. The invention provides a mixing apparatus having a plurality of peristaltic type pumps that operate at a system pressure that will permit pulsed mixing of air with chemical substances without using high system pressures to achieve a predetermined mix ratio for a chemical compound. The addition of a premix unit helps to achieve the mixing by providing a two stage mixing process when used along with a blending foamer. A unique air injector of the premix unit aids in the initial injection of air into the chemical substance. The blending foamer has an improved rotor configuration and mounting to also achieve enhanced mixing. The mixing apparatus provides a foam substance of a chemical compound for coating a substrate material in a coating machine.

    Abstract: The support bracket and cable assembly of this invention allows an internal circuit board of a host computer to be directly connected to a plurality of peripheral devices using a plurality of interface cables through a first port of an input/output frame. A rigid compound bracket has two bracket elements with cutouts to form cylindrical openings through which the interface cables pass. The cylindrical openings or channels have at least one collar that grips and holds the interface cables within a single port of an input/output (I/O) frame of an enclosure of the host computer. Therefore, interface cables to go directly from the internal circuit board to the peripheral devices without intermediate connectors at the I/O frame. The compound bracket is attached to the I/O frame by a bracket mount arrangement. A grounding interface is provided for the peripheral devices as the interface cables pass through the cylindrical openings in the compound bracket.

The control includes a monitor for monitoring room temperature and relative humidity and includes a processor for converting same into degrees dew point. A pulse activator is connected with the heating elements for delivering an electrical pulse having a determined active width. The processor continuously accesses the dew point and continuously determines the active width of the electrical pulses necessary to maintain the doors within the desired temperature range.

    Abstract: A vacuum waste removal system including a waste receiving container including a tank having an intake conduit, a dome carrying an air knife and having an outlet conduit and a filter screen removably located between an upper end of the tank and a lower end of the dome. The improvement is directed to a lift and lock arrangement interconnecting the dome with the tank. The arrangement includes a horizontal arm extending from one edge of the dome and tank to substantially the vertical axis of the container. A jack is connected with the first end of the arm while the second end connects with the dome and air knife. A conduit supplying air to the air knife passes through the connector connecting the dome with the end of the arm. The arrangement allows the dome, the conduit, and the air knife to be moved upward away from the tank a distance sufficient to allow removal and replacement of the filter.

    Abstract: A woven wire harness assembly for use in restricted areas of varying sizes. The harness assembly includes a fabricate cable carrying a plurality of insulated conductor groups. The cable is formed of warp yarns woven with a weft yarn to form a trunk portion and a tube portion. Both the trunk portion and the tube portion terminate with a breakout area. The trunk portion includes a plurality of cells while the tube portion has only a single cell. The plurality of insulated conductors extend continuously along the length of harness assembly through the individual cells to finally consolidate and extend through the single cell. The cable is woven at a density which provides approximately 90% cover providing mechanical and thermal insulation for the insulated conductors.
