Patent number: 7468623Abstract: A voltage control circuit provides a test supply voltage during manufacturing and testing of a semiconductor device and provides an operational supply voltage after certification of the semiconductor device. The operational supply voltage is lower than the test supply voltage. The voltage control circuit includes a clamp circuit having a plurality of voltage regulation devices, typically diodes. The voltage regulation devices control an output of the clamp circuit. A voltage regulator is electrically coupled to the clamp circuit and generates a first control signal based upon the output of the clamp circuit. A charge pump then receives the control signal from the voltage regulator, and, based on the value of the control signal, the charge pump generates the test supply voltage. At least one bypass device is connected to at least one of the plurality of voltage regulation devices. The bypass device is activated following the certification of the semiconductor device.Type: GrantFiled: November 19, 2001Date of Patent: December 23, 2008Assignee: Micron Technology, Inc.Inventors: Joseph C. Patent number: 7294295Abstract: While steam is supplied to flow channels to heat inner cavity surfaces to a temperature equal to or higher than the heat distortion temperature of a molding resin, the resin mixed with a supercritical fluid is injected from an injection molding machine into a mold cavity. When the injection of a predetermined quantity of the resin is completed, the supply of the steam to the flow channels is stopped, and cooling water starts to be supplied to the flow channels. The inner cavity surfaces are thus quickly switched from a heated state to a cooled state, cooling and solidifying the resin into a molded product of good appearance which is free of broken cell marks on its surface.Type: GrantFiled: January 9, 2004Date of Patent: November 13, 2007Assignee: Ono Sangyo Co., Ltd.Inventors: Kazuo Sakamoto, Taiko Uno

Patent number: 6871356Abstract: A mobile video system includes a first video source, a second video source, a first video monitor, a second video monitor, an audio signal receiver, and a wireless transmitter. One of the first video source and the second video source generates a first audiovisual signal. One of the first video monitor and the second video monitor receives a video portion of at least one of the first audiovisual signal and the second audiovisual signal. The wireless transmitter transmits an audio portion of one of the first audiovisual signal or the second audiovisual signal to the audio signal receiver. A video portion of the first audiovisual signal or the second audiovisual signal is displayed on the first video monitor, on the second video monitor, or on both the first video monitor and the second video monitor.Type: GrantFiled: February 7, 2003Date of Patent: March 22, 2005Assignee: Johnson Safety, Inc.Inventor: Chung L. Patent number: 6211077Abstract: A rough surface made of a doped polycrystal silicon film is formed on an amorphous silicon film disposed on a semiconductor substrate, by a method including the steps of: (a) activating dangling bonds present on a surface of an amorphous silicon film; (b) forming an amorphous silicon-polysilicon mixed-phase layer on the surface of the amorphous silicon film by contacting the dangling bonds with a gas containing silane gas and dopant gas while controlling the ratio of dopant gas to silane gas to bind silicon atoms and dopant atoms to the dangling bonds; and (c) annealing the amorphous silicon-polysilicon mixed-phase layer to form polysilicon grains therefrom, thereby forming a rough surface made of doped polysilicon film. Doping can be conducted after formation of the polysilicon grains.Type: GrantFiled: June 22, 1999Date of Patent: April 3, 2001Assignee: ASM Japan K.K.Inventors: Akira Shimizu, Yukihiro Mori, Atsuki Fukazawa
