Abstract: A tourniquet device is arranged for securement about a limb of an individual in cooperation with a major cardiovascular pressure point, wherein an elastomeric strap is securable at its ends having a semi-spherical projection mounted to a top surface of the strap for projection against the aforenoted pressure point. A modification of the invention includes adjustment structure for the projection to include an accessory projection, or alternatively an adjustable projection, mounted to the strap structure.

Abstract: A pyramidal signal light includes a translucent base panel and triangular side panels having reflective interior surfaces, with each of the translucent panels having at their intersection adjacent panels and an array of light members. In this manner, reflective illumination within the structure projected exteriorly thereof is visible in a unique projection of illumination.

Abstract: A bullet proof shield includes a first plate hingedly mounted to a second plate, with the first plate and second plate defining a slot, with the slot having a slot first abutment edge and second abutment edge that are coplanar to provide support for a firearm to direct fire through the slot. The shield is arranged to accommodate hingedly directing the first plate to the second plate, having first and second handle slots at equal orientations below coplanar top edges of the first and second plates to permit ease of transport and storage of the shield construction. Spike members projecting downwardly of the plates permit ease of positioning of the plates with an underlying ground surface.

Abstract: An internal combustion engine includes a unitary housing, having a first cylindrical housing medially and orthogonally intersecting a second cylindrical housing, with the first cylindrical housing including a first gear ring rotatably mounted therewithin, with the second cylindrical housing having a second gear ring mounted therewith, wherein the first gear ring is arranged for simultaneous rotation in communication relative to one another, with the first gear ring having a plurality of spaced piston plates, with the second gear ring including a plurality of spaced chamber plates, wherein the piston plate and the chamber plate are arranged for simultaneous positioning within an associated combustion chamber to effect projection of the piston plate upon combustion within the combustion chamber.

Abstract: A roller skate wheel having a conical cavity includes an insert housing arranged for complementary reception within the cavity. The housing includes a housing base plate, with the base plate including a socket to receive the wheel fastening axle structure therewithin. A transparent forward plate is mounted in a spaced, parallel relationship relative to the base plate. A plurality of illumination bulbs diametrically aligned within the housing adjacent the forward plate are in electrical communication with a battery housing mounted medially of the housing, and wherein the battery and battery housing include first electrical contact support legs resiliently mounted, with the first electrical contacts mounted to distal ends of the legs for engagement with further electrical contact legs directed into the illumination bulbs, whereupon centrifugal force in use of the roller skate wheel completes electrical circuitry to effect illumination of the bulbs within the housing.

Abstract: A beach umbrella is provided having a lowermost section assembled selectively with an intermediate and upper section, with the upper section including an umbrella canopy mounted thereto. The lowermost section includes a plurality of handles pivotally mounted about an upper collar of the lower section to enhance rotation of the lower section, with the lower section provided with a screw thread directed about a lowermost portion of the lower section to permit projecting of the lowermost section into an underlying beach surface to secure the umbrella in a fixed relationship to the beach. Latch means are arranged to secure the sections together.
