Abstract: A method of forming a pattern includes forming a first layer on a substrate, forming a second layer on the first layer, depositing a multi-temperature phase-change material on the second layer, patterning the second layer using the multi-temperature phase-change material as a mask, reflowing the multi-temperature phase-change material, and patterning the first layer using the reflowed multi-temperature phase-change material as a mask.

Abstract: A method includes receiving a Real-Time Transport Protocol (RTP) packet at a first gateway and translating the RTP packet into a H.221 frame. The H.221 frame includes a H.263-compressed video bitstream. The H.221 frame may also include a H.221 Bit-Rate Allocation Signal (BAS) message to communicate RFC2190-compliant fragmentation boundary information containing Macroblock (MB) boundary to a second gateway, if there is no picture start code (PSC) or Group of Block start code (GBSC) at a start portion of the RTP packet. The method further includes transmitting the H.221 frame from the first gateway to the second gateway; and fragmenting the H.263 video bitstream contained in the H.221 frame at a PSC, a GBSC, or a Macroblock (MB) boundary contained in the H.221 BAS fragmentation message.

Abstract: Different web pages on a web server are associated with different qualification profiles, each of which is assigned a value by the web-site proprietor. Traffic data hits at the web-site are analyzed to determine which web pages the visitor viewed on the web server. Each qualifying visitor is thereafter associated with a qualification profile and a corresponding value. In another aspect of the invention, visitors arriving as a result of an advertisement on a remote web-site are tracked. The web-site proprietor is consequently able to determine a return on advertising investment based on the value of visitors brought to the site by the tracked advertisement.

Abstract: A printing plate has a substrate, an array of cells on the substrate, wherein each cell corresponds to an element of a print image, a deformable polymer material localized into the cells such that each cell is at least partially formed from the deformable polymer material, a reservoir corresponding to each cell to collect the deformable polymer material as needed when the deformable polymer material is one of either melted or softened, and a heater to cause the deformable polymer material to either melt or soften.

A layout strings file storing a layout string in a specific language is selected, according to the user's preferred languages. Abstract: Described herein is a toothed belt comprising a body made of elastomeric material, in which there is embedded a plurality of longitudinal filiform resistant inserts or cords, and a toothing coated with a coating fabric; on top of the coating fabric there is made to adhere a resistant layer, which increases resistance to wear of the toothed belt and comprises a fluorine-based plastomer with addition of elastomeric material, in which the plastomer is present in a larger amount than is the elastomeric material and in which the majority of the particles constituting the fluorine-based plastomer have a size less than 10 ?m. The resistant layer is applied directly on the fabric via spreading. The fluorinated plastomer preferably has a base of polytetrafluoroethylene compound.

Abstract: A method and apparatus is disclosed for tracking and reporting electronic commerce activity over a web site that is stored on a first server coupled to a wide area network. The web page is programmed to include data fields reflecting commerce transaction activity and data mining code. The web page is uploaded to a visitor computer responsive to a request over the wide area network from the visitor computer. Commerce information is accepted within the data fields of the web page at the visitor computer to form a completed web page. The data mining code is operated on the visitor computer to obtain technical and commercial data and sent to a second server on the wide area network for logging and analysis.

Abstract: A contact spring applicator is provided which includes an applicator substrate, a removable encapsulating layer and a plurality of contact springs embedded in the removable encapsulating layer. The contact springs are positioned such that a bond pad on each contact spring is adjacent to an upper surface of the removable encapsulating layer. The contact spring applicator may also include an applicator substrate, a release layer, a plurality of unreleased contact springs on the release layer and a bond pad at an anchor end of each contact spring. The contact spring applicators apply contact springs to an integrated circuit chip, die or package or to a probe card by aligning the bond pads with bond pad landings on the receiving device. The bond pads are adhered to the bond pad landings. The encapsulating or release layer is then removed to separate the contact springs from the contact spring applicator substrate.

The sub-memory mats are arranged in lattice fashion.
