  • Patent number: 7118023
Abstract: A foldable container is formed from a single blank of sheet material which has stacking shoulders, reinforced corners side panels and display panels. The container includes a bottom section delimited by pairs of upright end panels and side panels. The bottom section is slightly wider adjacent its center than adjacent the front and back. Two of the side panels are foldably connected to peripheral segments of the bottom section, pre-glued and cooperate with the latter to form an open top product-accommodating compartment. The top edges of each of the side panels include shoulders for supporting a container stacked thereon and positioning tabs that extend upwardly and fit into corresponding openings in the bottom of the upper container. The lateral edge of each end panel and adjacent side panel has foldably connected thereto a corner-reinforcing member and create shopping accessibility from the front of the container.

  • Patent number: 7081074
Abstract: An exercise device having a first base member with foot disks mounted thereon for rotating a person's lower body and a second base member including handles to be grasped by a person for rotating a person's upper body. The first and second base members are mounted so as to be capable of rotating about the same vertical axis. The first and second base members may be mechanically interconnected so as to be forced to rotate together but in opposite directions. Alternatively, the first and second base members may be disconnect from each other so that they can rotate independently. Either may also be fixed so as not to rotate. Similarly, the foot disks may rotate on the first base member independently of the first base member or can be fixed thereto so as to remain stationary in relation to the first base member. The second base member may be mounted overhead with the handles extending downwardly or it may be mounted adjacent the first base member and concentric therewith with the handles extending upwardly.

  • Patent number: 7073981
Abstract: A rock stabilizer includes a metal tube with a tapered distal end and a flanged proximal end capable of being positioned within a bore in a mine wall. A slit runs substantially the entire length and indentations are formed in the outer surface along the length adjacent the slit so that grout pumped into the interior of the tube flows out of the slit and into the indentations. An expander wedge within the tube adjacent the distal end is actuatable from the proximal end after the stabilizer is installed in a bore. The wedge expands the distal end of the tube to firmly anchor the stabilizer in the bore. The expander wedge is formed of one wedge welded to the interior of the tube and a second wedge moveable toward the fixed wedge. The two wedges are temporarily maintained together in the interior of the tube before actuation.

  • Patent number: 7067755
Abstract: A light switch device that aids a person to reach a pull chain attached to a light switch located above a bed having a movable side rail includes an elongated strap having a first member and a second member is disclosed. The first and second members are releasably secured to each other via hook and loop fasteners. The strap is secured to the pull chain via a tubular member with an opening formed therein. A portion of the pull chain is inserted through the opening and is secured thereto. The first and second members of the strap are releasably attachable to the movable side rail of the bed by separating the members, inserting the rail therebetween, and securing the members together. When the rail is lowered inadvertently the first and second members of the strap are pulled apart and are no longer secured together.

Abstract: A tank mountable stock arm monopod for pneumatic guns or the like has an arm mounting saddle fastened to the compressed gas tank of a pneumatic gun with adjustable stabilizing straps. The arm mounting saddle has a pivotally mounted coupling that connects with the arm mounting saddle and the lower stock arm. The lower stock arm comprising of a cylindrical section that fits into the saddle arm coupling. The sliding upper stock arm is a cylindrical section smaller in diameter than the lower section enabling the sliding section to fit and move inside the stationary section in a telescoping movement, allowing the length of the stock to adjust to the user. A stock arm butt is pivotally mounted to the sliding stock arm opposite the stationary stock arm. The stock arm monopod is put into the monopod position by loosening the stabilization straps and spinning the apparatus 180 degrees so that the stock arm butt is pointing towards the playing surface.
