    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a construction panel system for the erection of doll and play houses, mazes, etc., and comprises a series of connected rectangular panels of approximately the same size connected together so that each panel can be rotated with respect to an adjacent panel but at least two of said panels are connected to adjacent panels by double hinges of the Jacobs ladder type so that they can be rotated in two directions with respect to adjacent panels and at least one additional panel is connected to the Jacobs ladder type so that it can be rotated in two directions with respect to said adjacent panel and at least one additional panel as connected to the Jacobs ladder panels by a hinge having its axis at right angles to the Jacobs ladder hinge. The panels are provided with holes adjacent the corners thereof and a fastening and reinforcing means is provided for holding non-connected panels together.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for manufacturing wire link bands, for example for use in paper making machines, are disclosed. Several wire links or helices are arranged parallel to each other, adjacent helices having opposite pitch. The helices are simultaneously fed through a closure slot while under tension. The closure slot is so shaped as to cause each turn of each helix to be engaged between two adjacent turns of an adjacent helix, thereby to form a wire link band. The closure slot may be held stationery while the wire links are pulled therethrough, or the wire links may be held stationary under tension while the closure slot is moved along their length. A plurality of closure slots may be used to form several wire link bands in parallel, and at least one additional closure slot may then be used to combine the wire link bands into a larger wire link band or sieve. Connecting rods may also be inserted into the wire link bands and may be heat fixed before insertion.

Access to communication is sequentially transferred from one partner to another by the generation of an access-passing-on message which is transmitted via the common data bus. The access-passing-on message includes a source address identifying the address of the baton passing or token passing partner and a destination address identifying the address of that partner which is next to receive access to communication. If, after receiving access to communication, a partner has data available for transmission, it transmits a data information message including an address block identifying the type of information being transmitted and at least one data information block containing the data being transmitted.

The cylinder is filled with a low molecular weight, low density gas which has high specific heat and is preferably compressed.

    Abstract: Chorus effect for an original audio signal is developed by forming a complementary pair of signals from the original. The original signal is stored at a write rate (f.sub.c), then, after a delay, strobed to a pair of FIFO registers, one strobe at a higher rate (f.sub.c +.DELTA.f), the other strobe at a lower rate (f.sub.c -.DELTA.f), respectively. The faster readout will decrease the delay (to zero, causing foldover glitch), the slower readout will increase the delay (to excess delay, causing discrete echo). The strobe frequencies are reversed between FIFO registers whenever the delay becomes too great or too small.

    Abstract: A compact and inexpensive LF power amplifier is disclosed. A plurality of pulse trains which are phase shifted relative to each other are width-modulated by an input LF signal. The modulated pulse trains are individually amplified, preferably by means of a plurality of respective power transformers and switch elements. The switch elements include any suitable combination of electron tubes and semiconductor switches. The keying ratio of the amplifier is improved by associating the pulse trains in pairs, the two members of each pair being phase shifted 180.degree. relative to each other. The amplified pulse trains are superimposed to form a single combined amplified pulse train.

A phase difference signal representative of the phase difference between the two signals generated by the transmitters and applied to respective aerial halves is generated. The phase of the signal generated by one of the transmitters is adjusted by means of a reactance circuit in the oscillator of the transmitter as a function of the phase difference signal. The oscillator of the remaining transmitters is permitted to oscillate independent of the phase difference signal.

    Abstract: The articulator is the type which has an upper part with a horizontal branch and a lower part with a horizontal branch below and substantially parallel to the upper branch. The upper part has a pair of spaced wings connected to the rear of the upper branch and angling upwardly at a small angle therefrom as well as an adjustable incisor pin extending downwardly from the front end thereof. The lower branch has a pair of spaced articulator pins extending upwardly into slots in the wings of the upper part as well as an incisal tray angling downwardly from the front end to receive the incisal pin. Thus the upper part is supported in the lower part as a tripod with a relatively low center of gravity. A mold is provided to be connected to the articulator.

    Abstract: A resonator for a high frequency electromagnetic oscillator is disclosed. The resonator includes a hollow cylinder formed of a material having a low dielectric constant and a dielectric wire formed of a material having a higher dielectric constant and located within the cylinder. The dielectric wire has a length similar to that of an open half-wire coaxial resonator or a whole number of multiples thereof. The dimensions of the wire are chosen as a function of the dielectric constants of the hollow cylinder in the dielectric wire as well as the desired resonant frequency such that a standing TEM-wave is established in the hollow cylinder and a E.sub.0m -wave (circular magnetic field, m=1,2,3 . . . ) is established in said wire.

The means provided in this disclosure comprise a source of compressed air, air control valves for each wheel of the vehicle, control keys including a magnetic valve, etc., for venting air from or forcing air to the tires, all somewhat similar to the arrangement disclosed in (Ger) DE-OS No. 2,141,553 but the sensitive throttle added to the latter disclosure is omitted and instead, a relief valve is provided for the air control valve of the wheels whereby the venting time is shortened and less of the apparatus as a whole is maintained under high pressure.
