The information of the eccentricity produced at the time of disk chucking is detected, while the disk is being driven, from a reference pulse obtained by reproduction of the encoding pattern and, on the basis of the eccentricity information, the frequency of the clock for writing data or reading data is modulated according to eccentric positions.

Abstract: Disclosed is an IC card comprising a plurality of semiconductor IC chips and a plurality of lead wires acting as the terminals for connectin,o the electrodes of the semiconductor IC chips to the outside. The semiconductor IC chips and the lead wires are integrally sealed in a plastic board. This construction provides a significantly thin IC card of high reliability at low cost.

Abstract: A color video printing apparatus includes a first sensor detecting a recording medium and determining whether the recording medium is a thermalsensible one, and a second sensor detecting a color ink ribbon cartridge which accommodates a color ink ribbon therein. The image information of the subjects and the time information associated with the image information can be stored in the memory within a storage time that depends on the storage capacity of the memory.
