Abstract: A golf club head protector assembly includes 1) a golf bag assembly; 2) a club protector shield member of a flexible sheet material operable to be inserted within an open bag entrance opening into the golf bag assembly and extend upwardly therefrom; 3) a bag cover enclosure assembly operable to be releasably connected to a top support section of the golf bag assembly; 4) an exterior protector cover assembly operable to be mounted about and enclose the golf bag assembly, the club protector shield member, and the bag cover enclosure assembly. The golf bag assembly is provided within the top support section with a club divider plate operable to receive and separate club shafts having the club heads extended upwardly therefrom and outwardly of a top surface of the golf bag assembly.

Abstract: A lightweight, prestressed tower includes 1) a base load transfer assembly to be mounted on a support base fixture assembly which is mounted on a base support pad; 2) a primary truss assembly consisting of a plurality of truss bays interconnected by diagonal and vertical tension members between horizontal frame assemblies; 3) a central compression tube assembly operable to be extended centrally of the truss bays from bottom to top having tubular sections connectable to each other to provide a central compression load assembly; and 4) an upper load transfer assembly connected to an upper end of the central compression tube assembly and by horizontal and diagonal tension members of the primary truss assembly. The primary truss assembly with the diagonal and vertical tension members and frame compression tubes is operable to have predetermined tension forces applied thereto through extension of the central compression tube assembly to create desirable load support characteristics.

Abstract: A method of floor construction with a grid system utilizing 1) a plurality of floor grid members interconnected to create a floor grid member assembly; 2) a plurality of floor tile members mounted on respective ones of the floor grid members; 3) a plurality of cushion pad members having one associated with each respective floor tile member; 4) grout strip members mounted within grout receiving grooves in the floor grid members and about the floor tile members; and 5) a tile setter tool member is used to mount a floor tile member between the grout strip members.

Abstract: Many individuals in wheelchairs are struck by motor vehicles while crossing roadways. Usually motorists fail to see them. This invention provides for a warning lamp apparatus for a wheelchair comprising: a mounting base adapted to be slidingly received and removed from the upper rear portion of the wheelchair; an upright support member extending from the mounting base; a lamp mounted on the top portion of the upright member; an umbrella support arm connected to the mounting base and a power supply means to illuminate the lamp. A preferred aspect of this invention provides for an apparatus as above wherein the mounting base is a generally horizontal U shaped member having a box connected thereto and the U shaped member slidingly received in a rear upper portion of the wheelchair. The box is adapted to carry the umbrella support arm and provide accessory storage for the rider.

Abstract: A portable, collapsible, self-contained toilet apparatus including a basic storage container assembly operable to receive and support a foldable seat and anchor assembly connected thereto and provided with a usage accessories assembly for conventional use including a cleansing/flushing operation. The basic storage container assembly includes a main storage body assembly having a removable seat support and flush assembly and a seat support and drain assembly. The seat support and flush assembly is removable to receive the foldable seat and anchor assembly connected thereto for use in a normal toilet function operation. In a cleansing/flushing operation, the seat support and flush assembly is connected to a garden hose assembly to provide cleansing fluid to the main storage body assembly and an enclosure support and plug member of the seat support and drain assembly is removed to receive a dumpster hose assembly connected thereto.

Abstract: A closed cosmetic container (10) including a base cosmetic container (10B) having an applicator cap (10A-1) mounted thereon, a rod and brush assembly (10A) comprising a heat facilitating strip (90) located in the interior of an applicator rod (10A-2), and a heat facilitating strip (40) located between an interior wall (45) and an exterior wall (20) of the base cosmetic container (10B). With the cosmetic container (10) closed, that is with the applicator cap (10A-1), rod and brush assembly (10A) secured in place on top of the base cosmetic container (10B), and with the heat facilitating strips (90 & 40) activated, a heatable 10 cosmetic substance (150) inside a cosmetic holding area (55) of the base cosmetic container (10B) blends together dissolving any clogged or hardened cosmetic material.

Abstract: A backpack and load conveyance apparatus operable to receive and convey numerous types of items through a conventional type backpack shoulder and waist support assembly. The backpack and load conveyance apparatus includes 1) a shoulder harness support assembly; and 2) a main collapsible load conveyance assembly having an upper connector frame assembly and a lower support frame assembly, both of which can be disconnected for ease of storage and conveyance in a vehicle. The shoulder harness support assembly is operable through a body connector assembly to be readily attached to the shoulder and waist areas of a user thereof. The upper connector frame assembly is operable to be readily attached to the shoulder harness support assembly in a manner to allow shock absorbing relative vertical movement, rotational movement, and pivotal movement for ease of usage. The lower support frame assembly is provided with a support wheel assembly and a foldable nose plate assembly.

Abstract: A continuously variable transmission utilizing variable viscous couplings and power planetary gear sets having 1) a power input means; 2) a common ring gear means connected to the power input means; 3) a center planetary and reverse brake means connected to the common ring gear means; and 4) a power output means having a control planetary gear assembly mounted between a power output shaft and the common ring gear means. The power input means has an input planetary assembly connected to a power input shaft and operably connected to the common ring gear means. The center planetary and reverse clutch means includes a center planetary gear assembly connected to a reverse variable viscous brake to control operation in a reverse operation mode. The power input means includes a control planetary gear assembly operably connected to the common ring gear means and to a ratio variable viscous clutch to control operation in a drive range operation.

Abstract: A hand held movable urinal assembly which can be readily attached to a conventional toilet bowl assembly. The hand held movable urinal assembly includes 1) a flush fluid supply assembly readily connected to a main float valve assembly to receive a flushing fluid therefrom; 2) a movable funnel receiver assembly connected to the flush fluid supply assembly through a fluid discharge line; and 3) a discharge fluid flush assembly connected to the movable funnel receiver assembly having a discharge hose member to transfer fluid to a base reservoir member on the toilet bowl assembly. The movable funnel receiver assembly includes a funnel receiver member having a main body member with a funnel enclosure lid member pivotally connected thereto. The main body member is connected to the discharge hose member to transfer fluids for discharge with normal waste products during a toilet bowl flushing operation.

Abstract: A fence gate opener with fluid gravity closure assembly having 1) a main closure gate assembly with a main gate assembly; 2) a main support base assembly operable to be connected to a ground support surface and having the main gate assembly pivotally connected thereto; 3) a fluid gravity closure assembly operably connected to the main support base assembly and the main gate assembly for pivotal movement therewith; and 4) a gate actuator treadle assembly operably connected to the main support base assembly and the main gate assembly to cause pivotal movement thereof from the opened to the closed conditions. The main closure gate assembly includes a counterbalance weight assembly being rotatable with the main gate assembly on a pivot shaft member from opened to closed conditions of the main gate assembly. The main support base assembly includes a support frame assembly having a pivotal gate support assembly connected thereto.

Abstract: A foldable load conveyance apparatus including 1) a basic support frame assembly; 2) a pair of handle support assemblies pivotally connected to outer opposite ends of the basic support frame assembly; and 3) a collapsible support wheel assembly releasably connected to the basic support frame assembly. Each handle support assembly has a handle grip tube section with a connector member for releasable connection to an ATV. The collapsible support wheel assembly includes a pair of wheel support struts pivotally connected to the basic support frame assembly and operable to receive and support a support wheel assembly therebetween. The foldable load conveyance apparatus is operable to be collapsed into a compact condition for ease of conveyance, transporting in a vehicle, and storage; and selectively movable to a support table condition for multiple uses.

Abstract: A handcuff escort assembly operable to be engageable with a conventional handcuff assembly or an economical handcuff assembly placed about a wrist area of a person being restrained. The handcuff escort assembly includes a handcuff receiver and locking assembly connected to a portion of the handcuff assembly and having a locking block and handle assembly releasably engageable with the handcuff receiver and locking assembly. The locking block and handle assembly includes a locking block member releasably engageable with the handcuff receiver and locking assembly and having a laterally extended main guide handle member. The main guide handle member is provided with a hand grasp section with a hand access slot therein operable to receive the hand and finger area of a security restraining person or user to provide leverage control of the person being restrained due to pressure to be applied against the wrist area of the person being restrained.

Abstract: A bi-parting elevator door actuator apparatus operably connected to a bi-parting door assembly having 1) a door interlock and power control assembly; 2) a bi-fold door actuator assembly; and 3) an electrical control circuit. The door interlock and power control assembly includes 1) a door latch assembly connected to the bi-parting door assembly to hold in a closed position; 2) a cam roller and linkage assembly engagable with the bi-parting door assembly to open and close a first power relay assembly; and 3) a door actuated power assembly having a second power relay assembly operable to be opened on opening of the bi-parting door assembly. An elevator drive motor is denied electrical power when a) the bi-parting door assembly is in an open position; and b) the traveling elevator car assembly reaches a predetermined position for stopping.

Abstract: A center pull bicycle brake assembly readily mounted on a racing bicycle assembly to apply braking action through brake pad members against outer side walls of a front tire member by use of in a conventional hand operated bicycle actuator handle member. The center pull bicycle brake assembly includes a dual acting brake contact caliper assembly having a cam actuated caliper member pivotally connected to a brake contact caliper member. The brake contact caliper members are readily adjustable to place the brake pad members in a close but spaced condition relative to the front tire member.

Abstract: A bag opening support and expander assembly is provided having a flexible support body member capable of being bent and retained in an arcuate form by an adjustable, flexible tension and connector member or means. The bag opening support and expander assembly is operable to support and retain an open end section of a flexible refuse bag member facilitating inserting of refuse material. A variety of support means are provided including elements for receiving and supporting the bag opening support and expander assembly and interconnected open end section in a generally elevated horizontal condition while supporting the bag member in a downwardly depending condition.

Abstract: A platform actuated feeder apparatus including a storage and delivery assembly interconnected to a platform and access lid assembly by an actuator linkage assembly. The storage and delivery assembly includes 1) a hopper material storage assembly which is open at the top providing easy access for replenishment of material contained therein; 2) a hopper lid assembly to enclose the hopper material storage assembly; and 3) the storage and delivery assembly is elevated to a practical height by a hopper support assembly. A stored material, such as pet food, is dispensed to a discharge section of the hopper material storage assembly and is covered at that point by an access lid assembly. A user, such as a pet, would stand on a hinged actuator platform assembly engaging an articulated actuator linkage assembly thereby raising an access lid member which will reamin open for as long as the pet remains on a portion of the actuator platform assembly.

Abstract: A multi-purpose front/back pack apparatus having the primary elements of 1) a front pack assembly; 2) a pack and gun carrier frame; 3) a gun and cartridge carrier assembly mounted on the pack and gun carrier frame; 4) a shoulder strap assembly connected to the front pack assembly and the pack and gun carrier frame; 5) a back pack assembly; and 6) a support belt member operable to interconnect the back pack assembly to the front pack assembly. The front pack assembly is provided with an expandable main pack bag and can be utilized with a gun and cartridge carrier assembly for conveyance of a gun member.
