Abstract: A multi-chip light emitting diode (LED) package includes red, green, and blue LED chips directly bonded on a silicon substrate for a controlling integrated circuit (IC), and a carrier to which the controlling IC is attached. The multi-chip LED package has reduced volume and enhanced heat-radiating power. The chips are directly driven and controlled by the controlling IC, so that the carrier is not necessarily a printed circuit board but may be made of any solid material.

Abstract: A vaporizer includes a case covered with a cover, and a vibrator. The case is divided into a liquid room and an air room. The liquid room has a protruding round member formed in the bottom, and the protruding round room has a center hole for receiving the vibrator from under. The vibrator is connected to a logic circuit and a drive circuit, including an alloy member, a conductive disc, a spring pushing against the conductive disc, an insulating sleeve receiving the spring, a metallic base receiving the insulating sleeve and having heat releasing leaves, then the vibrator receives high frequency vibration signals to produce high frequency vibration for dissolving water into water molecules to flow out of an air outlet of the cover by an exhausting fan in the air room. Thus the vaporizer makes vapor.

In the locked position inserting a key into a lock core for turning an abutment member will open the lock. In the unlocked position press the trigger member for moving a post down until grooves clear from ridges, rotate the post a predetermined degree to matingly engage first and second toothed members together, release a trigger member to cause both itself and the post to move up, inclined bottom ends of ridges are gradually engaged with and finally stopped by a second ratchet member, the post is stopped from moving up, and a space between the post and a top hole of the abutment member is reduced sufficiently to inhibit a short leg from moving out of an upper bore by turning the key.

Abstract: A permanent magnet rotor for a brushless electric motor, comprising at least two main magnetic poles, disposed on a periphery of a rotor. Each opening angle A covers N/2 times the opening angle of each of the stator sections, with N being an odd number greater or equal to 3. A is required to be the nearest angle that is smaller than 360/P degrees, with P being the number of poles. Each of the main magnetic poles has a periphery with a central section R1 and two end sections R2 R1has an opening angle A1. The opening angle A1 covers N/2 times the opening angle of each of the stator sections, with N being an odd number greater or equal to 3. A1 is required to be smaller than the opening angle A of each of the main magnetic poles of the rotor. Each of the main magnetic poles contains a dual-plate permanent magnet.

Abstract: A small memory card with a monitor includes a substrate, at least one memory chip, at least one monitor, and a glue layer. The substrate is formed with an upper surface and a lower surface, the upper surface is formed with a plurality of connected points and a plurality of golden fingers electrically connected to the plurality of connected points. The substrate is used to arrange in an electric device, the memory chip, which is mounted on the upper surface of the substrate, electrically connected to the plurality of connected points of the upper surface. The monitor is mounted on the side of the upper surface of the substrate, so that the aspect and location of the plurality of the golden fingers may be recognized. The glue layer is encapsulated and protected the memory chip. Thus, the display of the monitor may be recognized the operating aspect.

Abstract: An apparatus for cleaning head of pin-contact memory card slot mainly includes a base and a sheeted cleaning element. The base is provided at a front end surface with a recess, and the cleaning element is attached to the base so as to shield the front recess. When the base is plugged in a pin-contact memory card slot just like a memory card, contact pins provided in the head of the memory card slot pierce through the cleaning element attached to the front end of the base to locate in the front recess. The cleaning element is in contact with and thereby wipes clean outer surfaces of the contact pins when the latter pierce through the cleaning element.

Abstract: A GaN-based composition semiconductor light-emitting element and its window layer structure includes a substrate where several epitaxy layers are sequentially formed and a window layer formed on the epitaxy layers so as to construct a light-emitting element. Each of the epitaxy layers and the window layer is composed of GaN-based composition. Boron atoms are doped in the window layer so as to increase the band gap of the window layer and decrease the refractive index. By appropriately doping the boron atoms, the activity rate of the P-type will be increased so as to increase the electric conductivity. Furthermore, by increasing the thickness of the window layer, the probability of defect generation can be reduced.

Abstract: A projector includes a casing, a light source, an optical engine, inlet ports and outlet ports formed on the casing, and a fan mounted in the casing. The fan sucks air streams from the inlet ports into the casing and forces the air streams to flow out of the casing via the outlet ports. A buffer chamber is defined among the fan, the outlet ports, and the casing. The casing includes a first housing and a second housing. The first housing is retractable relative to the second housing so that a volume of the buffer chamber may be changed.

Abstract: A mask tightening strap, whereby a tightening device of a conventional diving face mask or swimming goggles is configured to comprise a protective sleeve attached to an inner side of a tightening strap. A fastening strap is configured on one end of the protective sleeve close to a frame of the diving mask. A hollow out portion is defined by a side of the fastening strap, and thereby enables a retaining ring of a breathing tube to clasp onto a strap in the hollow out portion. The protective sleeve can thus realize complete separation of the retaining ring from skin of a diver, and thus not only makes wearing of the face mask more comfortable, but also averting hypersusceptibility skin reactions from occurring or scratching of the skin of the diver.

Abstract: A switch structure comprises a gripper, a splinted trough and a cutoff circuit. When the computer puts in the case of the server apparatus, the gripper can directly stick on the corresponding splinted trough to make the computer stick in case and trigger the cutoff circuit to generate a pulse signal to the computer for booting the computer. While unlocking, the cutoff circuit generates the other pulse signal to the computer to make a graceful computer shutdown.

Abstract: An energy saving type of light emitting diode lamp is disclosed. In such a manner, the human body sensor may be used to detect existence of the human body. Thus, the LED lamp is disposed at a low illuminance state normally, and may be converted into a high illuminance state when the human body approaches. In addition, the light sensor may be used to detect the environmental illuminance. Thus, when the environmental illuminance is insufficient, the light source is fully opened or half opened, and when the environmental illuminance is sufficient, the light source is closed. In such a manner, the LED lamp may be operated by a high power with a large current during a short time, so that the LED lamp consumes less electricity, has a long lifetime, and saves energy highly.
