Abstract: Methods for producing electronic grade metal nanostructures having low levels of contaminants are provided. Monolayer arrays, populations, and devices including such electronic grade nanostructures are described. In addition, novel methods and compositions for production of Group 10 metal nanostructures and for production of ruthenium nanostructures are provided, along with methods for recovering nanostructures from suspension.

Abstract: A wireless microphone includes a perforated front cover mounted on a front open end of a tubular housing, and a control module mounted fixedly on a rear open end of the housing and having an outer surrounding surface provided with a power switch and electrode plates. A rear cover is connected detachably to the control module, and is formed with a switch-receiving groove and through holes. The rear cover is operable so as to be disposed between an adjusted position, where the power switch is exposed from the switch-receiving groove and where the electrode plates are respectively exposed from the through holes, and a used position, where the power switch and the electrode plates are fully covered by the rear cover. A positioning member positions the rear cover at a selected one of the used and adjusted positions.
Abstract: A wireless microphone includes a tubular housing having top and bottom open ends. The housing has an outer surrounding wall and an inner partition wall. The inner partition wall cooperates with an upper portion of the outer surrounding wall so as to define a battery-receiving space. A battery module is received in the battery-receiving space. A head unit is mounted on the top open end of the housing, and covers the battery module. A positioning unit is disposed at an outer surrounding surface of the battery module and an inner surrounding surface of the outer surrounding wall of the housing for positioning the battery module in the battery-receiving space.
Abstract: Methods for forming or patterning nanostructure arrays are provided. The methods involve formation of arrays on coatings comprising nanostructure association groups, formation of arrays in spin-on-dielectrics, solvent annealing after nanostructure deposition, patterning using resist, and/or use of devices that facilitate array formation. Related devices for forming nanostructure arrays are also provided, as are devices including nanostructure arrays (e.g., memory devices). Methods for protecting nanostructures from fusion during high temperature processing are also provided.

Abstract: Filovirus subunit protein immunogens are produced using a recombinant expression system and combined with one or more adjuvants in immunogenic formulations. The subunit proteins include GP95, GP-FL, VP40, VP24, and NP derived from Ebola Virus and Marburg Virus. Adjuvants include saponins, emulsions, alum, and dipeptidyl peptidase inhibitors. The disclosed immunogenic formulations are effective in inducing strong antibody responses directed against individual Filovirus proteins and intact Filovirus particles as well as stimulating cell-mediated immune responses to the Filoviruses.
