    Abstract: There is disclosed an attachment for a counter-rotating coaxial drive fastener gun having a cylindrical housing adapted to be threadably attached to the outer drive member of a coaxial drive fastener gun and having an inner cavity with a ring gear fixedly attached therein. A spider has a projecting end thereon adapted to engage the inner drive of the coaxial drive fastener gun and further has a plurality of planetary gears journaled therearound and is inserted into the inner cavity of the cylindrical housing with the planetary gears engaging the ring gear. A central drive gear of smaller diameter than the planetary gears is inserted into a central opening between the planetary gears and engages each of the planetary gears. A reamer is removably coupled to the central drive gear and rotated thereby.

    Abstract: There is disclosed an improved switching circuit with overload protection for transforming a source of direct current power into a pulsating voltage of constant frequency and variable pulse duration adapted to be connected through a load to a first controllable rectifier of the switching circuit which in turn is connected through a current sensing resistor to a common circuit ground. The gate electrode of the first controllable rectifier is connected to a source of constant frequency pulses of variable duration. The secondary winding of a current transformer is connected from the common circuit ground in series with a diode, the cathode of which is connected to the anode of a second controllable rectifier, the cathode of the second controllable rectifier being connected to the common circuit ground. The gate of the second controllable rectifier is coupled to a source of pulses which are the exact complement to the pulses applied to the gate of the first controllable rectifier.

    Abstract: There is disclosed a device for adjusting tension of an elongated filament having one end thereof coupled to a supporting structure, the device having a lever arm adapted to be pivotally attached to the supporting structure, a tuning peg having ratchet notches therein and being rotatably attached to the lever arm and being adapted to engage and adjustably wind the elongated filament therearound, a spring stop attached to the lever arm for engaging the ratchet notches of the tuning peg and an adjusting screw attached to the supporting structure and engaging the lever arm for pivotally positioning the lever arm with respect to the supporting structure whereby the tension of the elongated filament is coarsely adjusted by rotating the tuning peg and finely adjusted by pivoting the lever arm.

    Abstract: A cyclone separator having a central fluid conduit. An interceptor ring is externally attached to the end of the fluid conduit and has a surface which intercepts fluid flowing longitudinally along the outer surface of the fluid conduit and directs the fluid outwardly toward the interior wall of the container. Circumferential and longitudinal slots are located in the container in proximity to the interceptor ring to enhance the outward direction flow of fluid from the ring. A diffuser collar having a central opening therein is connected to the interceptor ring in a manner leaving an annular space or circumferential slots between the ring and the collar through which space unwanted materials.In an alternate version the diffuser collar is larger in diameter than the fluid conduit and the conduit extends into the diffuser collar forming a space therebetween by which an outer layer of fluid is skimmed from the spiraling column of fluid entering the fluid conduit to further cleanse the fluid of unwanted substances.

The method and apparatus further allow preselected portions of the cable to be unbonded so as to facilitate access to the conductive elements by simply interrupting the application of pressure to the preselected portions. The heat, press and cool and press and bond method may also be accomplished in a step and repeat process using presses to insulative flexible circuits. The above method and apparatus provide more reliable bonding at an accelerated rate of production.

    Abstract: There is disclosed a cylinder wheel connected in rotary engagement with a ball-piston wheel, the cylinder wheel having a multiplicity of cylindrical cavities, each cavity having at least one coil with a plurality of electrically conductive turns circularly disposed therearound. The ball-piston wheel has a multiplicity of balls of magnetic material or permanent magnets which engage the cylindrical cavities. The coils may be periodically activated by selectively applying electric current thereto to sequentially propel each ball into and out of the respective cylindrical cavity thereby turning the cylinder wheel and ball-piston wheel in rotating motion. When the balls are magnets, and the cylinder and ball-piston wheel assembly is rotated by an external driving means, a voltage is induced in each coil as a permanent magnet ball passes therethrough thereby forming an electric generator.
