    Abstract: A combination carrier, chair, and lounge/table assembly is disclosed formed from two frames having portions thereof that extend out of the planes of the frames. The frames are pivotable through 180.degree. from a collapsed position to a fully opened position. The frames may be maintained in an intermediate approximately 120.degree. spaced position by a strut joining the two frames. The strut is releasable with respect to one of the frames to serve as a pulling handle for the carrier, which includes wheels and skids.

    Abstract: An assembly for stretching and securing upholstery fabric or the like in place utilizes a pair of bars contained by pockets along opposite edges of the fabric. The bars are articulatedly secured at corresponding ends thereof to a framework, and are forced apart at their opposite ends by a bendable rod which engages the free bar ends and urges them apart when the rod is straightened. The bendable rod and engaged bar ends, along with an additional upholstery bar, together sandwich fabric therebetween and secure the fabric in place. The sandwich assembly is concealed by a flap of upholstery material.

The vibratory piezoelectric element may be fixed to and suspended from the charging wire; alternatively the piezoelectric vibratory element may support the charging wire at an intermediate portion of the charging wire.
