Abstract: The present invention relates to a kind of movable device which varies at any angle to serve as measurement ruler, and more particularly to an improved structure of measurement ruler with multiple functions in use. The ruler's main body is L shaped with engraved number of degrees on both sides, one side with sliding channel and a sliding through installed at the lower end of the sliding channel, which is wider in breadth than the channel, one measurement ruler like a straight stick with engraved numbers in degrees, one end of which is in conical shape and the other end of which at the top there installs a sign index with a conical peeping hole and a set of installation holes, one scale ruler in semi-circular shape with sliding block in consecutive form. Under it, there is sliding column on which there are threaded lines. AT the front end, there in an assembly hole. The semi-circular body is engraved with the degrees in angle.

Abstract: In a gate insulated static induction thyristor with a split gate type shorted cathode structure, a first gate region of the split gate structure is used as a cathode short-circuit gate and the cathode region is formed between the first and second gate regions. A MOS structure is formed on the second gate region as a insulated gate control gate region electrode isolated therefrom. The MOS gate structure suppresses the minority carrier (hole) storage effect to permit high-speed switching of the thyristor, and the shorted cathode structure provides for increased maximum controllable current/voltage durability. The split gate structure can be used in combination with planar, buried, recessed and double gate structures.

Abstract: Apparatus for continuously feeding a drum machine with compressible articles for the wrapping thereof, comprising structure for progressively and continuously compressing the packs 1 to be wrapped which are fed by a belt conveyer 10, and at the same time transferring them towards the revolver 2 of a wrapping machine by means of a pair of superimposed belt conveyers 4 converging towards the revolver 2 of a wrapping machine by means of a pair of superimposed belt conveyers 4 converging towards the revolver 2 and each being operated by a relevant driving roller 40 parallel to the axis 21 of rotation of the revolver 2. The packs 1 being interposed individually and in succession between the belt conveyers 4. A device is provided for cyclically varying the feeding speed of the belt conveyers 4, and another device is provided for driving each of the belt conveyers 4 into an alternative rotation of predetermined angular amplitude about an axis 41 parallel to the axis 21 of rotation of the revolver 2.
Abstract: The device has an optical scanning head (3) with a radiation source (17), as well as with a sensor (21). The scanning head (3) transmits a signal toward a background (9, 14), e.g., a washbasin, and receives signals diffusely reflected from that background. The signals (11) received are sent to an electronic control unit (22) for controlling, e.g., a valve (3). The device is arranged, e.g., in the water outlet (2) of a washstand appliance.
Abstract: The table comprises two leaves (1) and (2) lying one on top of the other in two parallel and adjacent planes, it being possible to draw the leaves apart in plan view; each leaf is supported by a support arm which is inclined to a greater or lesser degree (4) and (3), the two arms being articulated on a base (5) about axes (X--X) and (Y--Y) which are parallel to one another and orthogonal to the plane of the leaves; a chain transmission (6) in the base (5) kinematically connects the two support arms (4) and (3) together so that they can be moved simultaneously with respect to one another.
Abstract: A miniature motor including a case formed into a bottomed hollow tubular shape having a permanent magnet, an end cap fitted to an open end of the case, and a rotor having an armature iron core and a commutator. A sleeve made of a resin material and formed into a hollow cylindrical shape is fitted coaxially with the core constituting the armature iron core and the commutator, with a gap provided on at least one end face of the sleeve; a plurality of grooves facing at least an end face of the sleeve are provided on the iron core and the commutator at certain spacings in the circumferential direction; a projection for press-fitting to any one of the grooves is provided each on both end faces of the sleeve integrally with the sleeve; and a groove extending along the axial line of the sleeve is provided in the middle part of these projections.
Abstract: A device for removing heavy metals and slags from synthesis gas produced from refinery wastes includes a gas deflecting device (3, 4), in which the hot synthesis gas, flowing vertically in the downward direction, is deflected into the horizontal direction and enters a known waste heat cooler (2). The gas deflecting device is arranged under a prior-art synthesis gas reactor (1). A ceramic deflecting wall (5), around the lower end of which the synthesis gas is guided, is built in within the deflecting device (3, 4). Since synthesis gas produced from refinery wastes contains a relatively high percentage of heavy metals and slags, there is a risk that these particles will contaminate the [heat] exchanger walls of the subsequent waste heat cooler (2). The heavy metals and slags are separated frown the gas flow in the deflecting device (3, 4).
Abstract: The present invention pertains to a hinge connection for connecting vehicle parts 1 and 2 of a multiple-unit rail-borne vehicle in an articulated manner by a rolling bearing 3, which is held on a support 2a projecting beyond the end of one of the vehicle parts 2. The hinge cooperates with a support 1a projecting beyond the end of another vehicle part 1 in an articulated manner, and permits horizontal and vertical deflecting movements of the vehicle parts 1 and 2 in relation to one another. The design of the hinge connection is such that the rolling bearing is relieved of wear-promoting loads and greater horizontal buckling angles between the connected vehicle parts can be obtained. This objective is accomplished by the support 2a of the second vehicle part 2 being fixed, via an elastomer hinge 4, to the inner ring 3a of the rolling bearing 3, which has neither radial nor axial play, at least in the installed state.

Abstract: The lifting bridge is used to install and remove motor vehicle parts and is provided with a support frame (1), which has support straps (7) with support feet (5, 6), by which the support frame can be supported at the edges of an engine space opening (43) of the car body, at both ends of a telescopically extendable support rail (8, 18). The support frame is provided with two lifting devices (10), which are guided individually displaceably on the support frame (8, 18) and each has a lifting member (12), which can be raised and lowered by a rotating actuation and can be stopped in its position by automatic interlocking. The support frame (1) consists of two telescopically extendable support rails (8, 8', 18, 18'), which extend in parallel to and at laterally spaced locations from one another, and on which the lifting devices (10) are guided by means of guide tubes (11) in a positive-locking manner.
Abstract: Injection element of coaxial design for rocket combustion chambers with a combustion chamber pressure of 3 to 30 bar and for operation with two hypergolically reacting propellants, with a central body for the oxidant, whose flow channel has a twisting insert, a cross section contraction and a sharp opening edge, and with a sleeve concentrically surrounding the central body to limit an annular flow channel for the propellant, wherein the flow channel has a circular cylindrical outlet with a sharp opening edge. The flow channel of the central body has a circular cylindrical outlet. The opening edges of the central body and of the sleeve are located approximately in the plane of the front surface of the combustion chamber. A flow divider, which divides the propellant flow into five to twenty equal individual flows is arranged in the flow channel for the propellant. The velocities of flow of the oxidant and of the propellant are between 5 m/sec and 20 m/sec at the point of entry into the combustion chamber.
