Abstract: This invention relates to the bearing mount of the steering column tube (1) of a telescoping steering column in which the steering column tube (1) is supported in a housing (2) on the body with axial mobility. To produce a bearing mount without play, the steering column tube (1) is mounted to move axially in the housing (2) in a bearing bushing (3) slotted in the longitudinal direction and made of a nonmetallic material, with this bearing bushing (3) being supported on an outer contour (5) conical in cross section with frictional adhesion against an inner cone (6) of the housing (2) under axial spring load.
Abstract: A cylindrical combustion chamber housing of a gas turbine, in which the compressor air is fed into the lower, conical part of the combustion chamber housing, the perforated cone (5), through a lateral, arc-shaped inlet elbow (2). The inlet elbow (2) is directly joined by the intake distribution element (1), in which the compressor air is led around the perforated cone (5) on both sides. The tangential flow is converted around a cone into an axial flow through the holes (7) in the perforated cone (5). The conversion of the direction of flow of the compressor air is supported by radially arranged ribs (3). As a result, optimal cooling of the entire injector tube (6) is achieved, while the pressure drop in the air feed area (1, 2 and 5) is minimized, and the efficiency of the gas turbine is increased at the same time.

Abstract: A rotating mold is fed with a flowable mixture of an inorganic filler material powder and a polyester resin for the purpose of generating or building up individual layers. By selecting the rotating speed during the layer buildup a more or less pronounced separation between resin and filler material is produced inside the layer, the value of the separation being selected in accordance with the specific application the component produced is intended to be used for. Subsequently the layer is fed cut glass fibers made to penetrate at least into the innermost resin-enriched region of the generated layer. Owing to this rotational-speed-controlled distribution of fiber material and resin inside the layers, larger values of mechanical strength may be obtained with reduced glass requirements. Any "strain-corrosion" may be avoided by using filler materials containing carbonate.
Abstract: A control panel (24) of an industrial truck is provided, on two sides, with combination control grips (2a, 2b), which can both be rotated in the circumferential direction and deflected vertically, and on which control levers (45a, 45b) are arranged. Signal transmitters (51, 52), which can be operated by the fingers, and by means of which various types of movements of an internal load pickup means of the truck can be selected and can be preset as a set value for the control lever (45) of the respective opposite combination control grip (2), are integrated within the control levers (45a, 45b).
Abstract: A sewing machine with a display for displaying basic patterns to be sewn and parameters associated with these patterns. The display is switchable between formats representing different sets of basic patterns and is switchable to a plurality of sequential formats, where each of the sequential formats only displays necessary sequential information for one of the basic patterns and parameters. The display includes a symbol adjacent each of the basic patterns and parameters and the same set of symbols is displayed in each display format. A key board includes a plurality of individual keys which correspond to the symbols on the display. A microprocessor reads the key board to determine which keys have been activated and then changes the display to show the next sequential format when the key corresponding to the symbol adjacent one of the basic patterns and parameters is activated.
Abstract: A miniature motor comprising a housing made of a metallic material, formed into a bottomed hollow tubular shape and having a permanent magnet fixedly fitted to the inner circumferential surface thereof, a rotor consisting of an armature facing the permanent magnet and a commutator, an end cap engaged with an open end of the housing, and having brushes making sliding contact with the commutator and a pair of terminals electrically connected to the brushes; the rotor being rotatably supported by bearings provided on the bottom part of the housing and the end cap, in which a flat groove including a plane parallel to the axial line of the motor and opening toward the housing is provided on the end cap; the terminals being disposed to face the side of the groove, a chip laminated capacitor and a spring made of an electrically conductive material and formed into a substantially U shape in planar projection being disposed in the groove so as to come into contact with each other and also with the terminals.
Abstract: Device for quickly variable and high precision metering of powder, granulated or micropearl dyeing material including a container 1 for the dyeing material that is put under vacuum by means of a suction tube 7 from the outside, and a mesh-sieve 5 fixed on the base of tile container 1. A scraper 2 rotates on the sieve 5 with a changeable speed. A scraper 2 rotates on the sieve 5 with a changeable speed. A compass-type shutter, with a changeable port, is mounted under the sieve 5, and a precision balance 20 is mounted below the shutter 6. An electronic computer 30 is programmed for checking and con trolling the rotation speed of the scraper 2, the opening/closing of the shutter 6 and the weight value of the balance 20.
Abstract: A container for an oxygen supply unit is to be improved such that it can be manufactured in one piece and has high mechanical stability at the lowest possible weight. To accomplish this task, the container (1) has reinforcing structures, which extend at least as bead-shapedfirst depressions (2) from the container bottom (5) and/or over the rear container wall (42) into the rear container edge (62), and/or assecond depressions (21) from the container bottom (5) and/or over the front container wall (41) into the front container edge (61), and/or asthird depressions (22). in the transition area between the rear container wall (42) and the container side walls (43).

Abstract: A miniature motor comprising a case made of a metallic material, formed into a bottomed hollow cylindrical shape and having permanent magnets on the inner circumferential surface thereof, a rotor consisting of an armature facing the permanent magnets and a commutator, and a case cap fitted to an open end of the case and having brushes making sliding contact with the commutator and input terminals electrically connected to the brushes; the rotor being rotatably supported by bearings provided on the bottom of the case and the case cap, in which an internal space defined by the case and the case cap is filled with an atmosphere of one or more than two types of polymethacrylate, polyacrylate, polyisobutylene, low molecular weight polyethylene, low molecular weight polypropylene, ethylene-propylene copolymer, polyvinyl acetate, and polybutene.
Abstract: To eliminate the fluctuations in the precision of the material distribution which could not be avoided when manufacturing pipes in the centrifugal moulding process with the prior art installations, a new process and an installation for carrying out the process is proposed. This has at least two cylindrical centrifugal drums (1) serving as moulds and an injection carriage (12) which is displaceable in two directions perpendicular to each other, with a feed arm (11).
