Abstract: Information for personnel of a plurality of business organizations is collected. For each person, the information includes the name of the person, the identity of a business organization that the person currently works for and biographical information containing any affiliations identified for the person. Information for a plurality of affiliations is collected and a table of the affiliations is generated, the table of affiliations being stored in computer-readable storage. From the collected information, a data structure is generated and is stored in computer-readable storage. The first data structure includes an entry for each match between the biographical information of a person and an affiliation included in the table of affiliations. A query of a user may be responded to by executing a computer-implemented process on the first data structure. Results of the query are displayed for the user.
Abstract: Embodiments provide systems and methods for determining the geolocation of an emitter on earth. A solution is obtained from two TDOA measurements that need not be acquired at the same time. A solution is obtained from a TDOA measurement and an FDOA measurement that need not be acquired at the same time and need not be coming from the same satellite pair. A location of an emitter can be determined from minimizing a cost function of the weighted combination of the six solutions derived from the two TDOA measurements and the two FDOA measurements, where the weight of each solution in the combination is determined based on the intersection angle of the two curves that define the possible locations of the emitter based on the TDOA and/or FDOA measurements.

Abstract: A board sport training device comprises a base configured for attachment to a platform such that the base is disposed beneath the platform. The base comprises a plurality of separate base portions, each base portion comprising at least two bowl-shaped pivot areas and each base portion having sufficient flexibility that each base portion conforms to a curved bottom surface of the platform. A plurality of the pivot areas are positioned along a longitudinal axis of the platform and separated by a distance from the platform.

Abstract: Embodiments provide systems and methods for determining the geolocation of an emitter on earth based on weighted least-squares estimation based on two TDOA and two FDOA measurements, none of which need to be acquired at the same time. The four TDOA and FDOA measurements and the errors in each of the measurements are determined. Weights for the errors in the TDOA and FDOA measurements are determined, and the weights are applied in a weighted errors function. The weights account for the errors in the measurements and the errors in the satellite positions and velocities, and are dependent on the localization geometry. The weighted errors function is minimized to determine the location estimate of the unknown emitter.

Abstract: A resonant switching converter comprises a resonant tank having a resonant frequency; a synchronous rectifier coupled to the resonant tank, the synchronous rectifier drawing power from the resonant tank for forming an output voltage; and a controller coupled to the synchronous rectifier for controlling switching of the synchronous rectifier using frequency modulation. The controller operates in a first mode in which the switching of the synchronous rectifier is performed above the resonant frequency of the resonant tank. The first mode employs a duty cycle for the synchronous rectifier. In addition, the controller operates in a second mode in which the switching of the synchronous rectifier is performed below the resonant frequency and the duty cycle of the synchronous rectifier in the second mode is reduced from that of the first mode.
Abstract: A method and system for measuring noise and or interference in a communications signal without taking the signal out of service. In the present invention the communications signal is converted from an RF signal into an IF signal. The IF signal is then digitized and stored. The stored signal is processed to determine the interference signal. The interference signal is calculated from an error vector produced by a blind equalizer demodulator. The interference signal is extracted and presented to a user.
