  • Patent number: 7584614
Abstract: A system for producing electricity by pumping a mixture of melted sodium/potassium metals through tubing within the walls of equipment which extends downward to the geothermal zone of the earth. The mixture of melted metals passes through a first heat exchange area producing steam, then passes downward through an insulated low pressure vacuum area from where it is pumped from the tubing into a high pressure, super conductive heat transfer zone at the bottom of the equipment located in the geothermal zone. The geothermal heated mixture of melted metals passes through insulated tubing in the insulated vacuum area into a super heat exchange area passing through water forming steam and into a super steamer producing super heated steam. The super heated steam passes through a line into turbines producing electricity.

  • Patent number: 7207437
Abstract: An air tight paint brush jacket is provided which seals a wet paint brush in its wet condition from drying out until its next use. The jacket is composed of a sleeve and boot prepared from an elastomeric sheath. The sleeve provides an inverted U-shaped body having an upwardly extending neck which frictionally and rigidly seals the brush handle. A shoulders section and a ferrule section of the sleeve firmly engages the brush shoulders and ferrule portions of the brush. An expanded bristles section loosely contains the bristles portion of the brush. The boot is hengedly attached to the sleeve and is structured to securely engage the entire jacket in an air tight seal. The frictionally engaged neck and form fitting neck, shoulders and ferrule firmly engage the brush handle, shoulders and ferrule portions to support the enclosed brush in an upright position and the loosely contained bristles portion preserves the bristles in its painting condition.

  • Patent number: 7140275
Abstract: An open end C-wrench is provided having an open end C-wrench head driven by a conventional square ratchet extension tool. The open end C-wrench head has four flat surfaced jaws encompassed within a thin, narrow web body having a small square hole integrally centered therein. The jaws include two opposed unequal length, one short and one long, parallel drive jaws enclosing two adjoining equal length backup jaws. The four jaws squarely engage four continuous sides of the nut defined first, second, and third and fourth sides. When the wrench is in the drive position, the short drive jaw surface engages about fifty percent of the first side of the nut while the longer drive jaw engages about ninety percent of the fourth side of the nut while the two backup jaws coextend in secure engagement with the second and third sides of the nut. Greater driving torque is provided by the drive hole being integrally centered in the web body.

  • Patent number: 7038561
Abstract: A do-it-yourself, handy man kit for modifying a home duplex ground fault interrupter unit for insertion into a home duplex wall outlet electrical system. The kit includes an open top plastic housing, a set of blades and a ground prong, and two connecting mounting screws for securing together the modified ground fault interrupter unit and the home duplex wall outlet. A set of apertures in the housing bottom wall receive the blades and ground prong mounted on the ground fault interrupter unit for insertion into the wall outlet. The two connecting mounting screws are mountably projected through external indented channels on end walls of the housing secured to aligned tabs of the ground fault interrupter unit and the wall outlet. The kit overcomes the deficiencies experienced with prior systems in securing the ground fault interrupter to the duplex wall outlet.

  • Patent number: 6994510
Abstract: A five-axis production-line handler has a handler shoulder (1) that is suspended rotatively downward from a gantry chassis (2). Two handler columns (4, 5) are spaced apart and suspended vertically downward from the handler shoulder. The handler columns terminate vertically above a production-line floor (6) for allowing horizontally circumferential positioning of the handler columns by rotation of the handler shoulder. The handler columns include hoist carriages (9, 10) that are raised and lowered by a hoist (7) for positioning item-rotation axles (11, 12) and attachment plates (29) to receive and rotate production items on an axis between the handler columns. The gantry chassis is gantry-wheel mobile on a gantry rail system for linear travel along a production line that can be linear or looped for a wide variety of production.

  • Patent number: 6939278
Abstract: A combined exerciser and therapist table (1) having an exercise pad (2) on rollers (4) on roller tracks (5) supported by an exerciser frame (6) on legs (7) that include height adjustment. The exerciser frame is rectangular with a head end (8) and a foot end (9). The exercise pad includes a torso portion (10) proximate the head end and a leg portion (11) proximate the foot end of the exerciser frame. A vertically oriented foot-end frame (14) is attached detachably to tops of the legs at the foot end. The foot-leg frame includes a 1 plurality of strap hooks (15, 26) that are oppositely disposed for supporting a leg strap (16, 30) at desired spaced-apart distances above the foot end. A horizontal pressure bar (17) pivots downwardly to a desired position above the exercise pad and is pivotal vertically to a non-interference position parallel the upstanding foot frame.

  • Patent number: 6861934
Abstract: A unipolar magnetic system has a plurality of external magnetic poles oppositely charged from a plurality of internal magnetic poles forcibly joined together in a unipolar magnet. Included can be a plurality of bipolar magnets juxtaposed forcibly joined together forming a unipolar magnetic solid. The bipolar magnets can be secured to a central nonmagnetic core object forming the unipolar magnetic solid. The plurality of bipolar magnets can include wedge magnets forcibly bound together and secured to nonmagnetic metal core object. The wedge magnets can be secured to the nonmagnetic core metal object by magnetic metal screws. The nonmagnetic core object can be in the form of a cube, polyhedron or other form and the metal can be aluminum, other nonmagnetic metal or other nonmagnetic material. The unipolar magnet can be in the form of a sphere, cube, polyhedron or other form.

  • Patent number: 6696141
Abstract: The invention relates to moisture resistant, through-wall, multicomponent copper flashing material and a continuous process for its preparation. Copper sheeting substrate having special properties is laminated on at least one side with fiberglass sheeting having special properties. The fiberglass sheeting is bonded thereto by means of a thin coating of waterbased adhesive, preferably water based polyvinyl emulsion or vinyl acetate emulsion adhesives. A continuous process provides the copper sheeting from a bulk roll to be simultaneously spray coated on both sides with liquid water based adhesive, forcefully engaging and laminating each side with the fiberglass sheeting, air drying and curing the thinly coated adhesive laminated fiberglass sheeting bonded to the copper sheeting. The final multilaminated flashing material has excellent mechanical properties and chemical resistance.

  • Patent number: 6504936
Abstract: The present invention is an amplifier signal distribution module ideally suited for use in public announcement systems, concerts, and live sound reinforcement. This present invention will be used with conventional components of an audio system. In use, the present invention will receive a combined signal from a signal processor and transmit the signal to a cross-over. The cross-over will transmit the signal to amplifiers which will send the signal back to the present invention. The signal is re-distributed to a final output source, such as speakers. Each input, output, and input/out sections of the present invention includes various sets of connectors for accepting any conventional form used with the conventional components. Such an arrangement will drastically reduce the time and cabling generally associated in the process of setting up audio system for live audio performance.
