    Abstract: A micro-region semi-solid additive manufacturing method is provided, where rod-shaped materials are used as consumables, and front ends of the consumables are heated by means of high-energy beam, an electric arc, a resistance heat, or the like, to enable the front ends to be in a semi-solid state in which the solid-liquid two phases coexist; at the same time, the rotational torsion and the axial thrust are applied to the consumables to perform shearing, agitation and extrusion on the semi-solid front ends, that is, the mold-free semi-solid rheoforming is performed. The consumable is transmitted to the bottom layer metal continuously in this manner to form metallurgical bonding, the stacking process is repeated according to a planned route obtained after discretization slicing treatment, and then an object or a stack layer in a special shape can be formed.

    Abstract: Under conventional techniques, wastewater treatment has many problems such as poor production conditions, serious random interference, strong nonlinear behavior, large time-varying, and serious lagging. These problems cause difficulty in detecting wastewater treatment parameters such as biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) values that are used to monitor water quality. To solve problems associated with monitoring BOD values in real-time, the present disclosure utilizes a self-organizing recurrent RBF neural network designed for intelligent detecting of BOD values. Implementations of the present disclosure build a computing model of BOD values based on the self-organizing recurrent RBF neural network to achieve real-time and more accurate detection of the BOD values (e.g., a BOD concentration). The implementations herein quickly and accurately obtain BOD concentrations and improve the quality and efficiency of wastewater treatment.

    Abstract: The main steps are as follows: purification, de-leading, recovery and filtration, dissolving lead, hot filtration, cooling filtration, washing and hot decomposition, silver is recycled as silver powder, lead was recovered in the form of red lead, yellow lead and chlorinated lead respectively. Compared to existing technologies, the invention adopts a wet process, the amount of waste gas and dust produced in the process of fire treatment is reduced; silver powder, red (yellow) lead and chloride lead were obtained, it can be sold as final product with high value-added features. The tail liquid produced by the process returns to the corresponding process respectively, and the tailless liquid is discharged. The pyrolysis flue gas returns to the lead removal process, flue gas treatment process is reduced, lead smoke pollution is avoided. This method has the characteristics of simple technics and pollution-free process.

The device can be installed on various industrial platforms. The motor drives the planetary gear to rotate, and then drives the eccentric shaft to rotate. The first bearing hole of the cycloidal gear fits with the needle bearing and forms a revolute pair with the eccentric shaft. Owning to the eccentric shaft, the cycloidal gears (12 and 12?) are driven to swing. The other bearing hole fits with the sliding shaft (3 and 3?) and the connecting shaft (4 and 4?) to form a loaded rolling friction pair.

    Abstract: An apparatus for treating municipal sewage by anaerobic/aerobic/anoxic (AOA) [1] process via simultaneous endogenous partial [2] denitrification coupled with anammox in anoxic zone is disclosed. The apparatus mainly includes a raw water tank (1) for sewage, an AOA reactor (2) and a sedimentation tank (3), the sludge flows back from the bottom of the sedimentation tank (3) to the anoxic zone (2.4) and the anaerobic zone (2.2) respectively, and biofilm filler is added to the anoxic zone (2.4). The sewage enters the AOA reactor (2), and the intracellular carbon source is stored in the anaerobic zone (2.2) to remove the organic matter in the raw water. Then it enters the aerobic zone (2.3) for nitrification, and the generated nitrate-nitrogen enters the anoxic zone (2.4) for endogenous partial denitrification. The filler in the anoxic zone (2.4) uses the generated nitrite-nitrogen by endogenous partial denitrification and the remaining ammonia-nitrogen in the raw water to perform anammox reaction.

A molar ratio of the maleic anhydride, the triethanolamine, and bromine is (0.2-1):1:(0.2-1), and a molar ratio of the maleic anhydride to the bromine is 1:1.

Due to production conditions of wastewater treatment process, the correlation and restriction between variables, the characteristics of nonlinear and time-varying, which lead to hard identification of sludge bulking; Sludge bulking is not easy to detect and the reasons resulting in the sludge bulking are difficult to identify, are current RBF neural network is designed for detecting and identifying the causes of sludge volume index (SVI) in this patent. The method builds soft-computing model of SVI based on recurrent RBF neural network, it has been completed to the real-time prediction of SVI concentration and better accuracy were obtained. Once the fault of sludge bulking is detected, the identifying cause variables (CVI) algorithm can find the cause variables of sludge bulking.
