Abstract: The present invention concerns lyophilized pharmaceutical preparations of G-CSF that contain maltose, raffinose, sucrose, trehalose or amino sugar as stabilizing agents. In additon the invention concerns a process for the production of stabilized lyophilisates as well as the use of maltose, raffinose, sucrose, trehalose or amino sugar as stabilizing agents of pharmaceutical agents containing G-CSF.

Abstract: Elongated, divisible tablet especially for pharmaceutical applications which, when the underside of the tablet is rested on a flat support, touches the support with two zones protruding from both ends of the underside of the tablet but not with the intervening zone wherein the protruding zones are formed as bulges. Such a tablet can be easily divided into two halves with one hand and picked up from a support. In addition it is easily manufactured.

Abstract: Test carrier analysis system for analyzing a constituent of a body fluid, consisting of test carriers (2), code carriers (3) and an evaluation device (4). The test layers (5) of the test carrier (2) contain reagents whose reaction with the sample leads to a color change characteristic of the analysis in a detection layer. The code carriers (3) contain in machine-readable form an evaluation code with an evaluation curve required for the evaluation of the test carriers. The evaluation device (4) comprises a measuring device, a code reading device and evaluation electronics.

Abstract: The present invention provides a process for the preparation of 5-(4'-chloro-5'-sulfamoyl-2'-thenylamino)-phenyltetrazole by condensing 5-(4'-chloro-5'-sulfamoyl-2'-aminophenyl)-tetrazole with thiophene-2-aldehyde in the presence of an acid catalyst and reducing the 5-[4'-chloro-5'-sulfamoyl-2'-(thenylidene-2-amino)-phenyl]tetrazole so obtained with a boranate, wherein the condensation is carried out in dimethyl sulfoxide as solvent, with azeotropic distilling off of the water formed and the reduction is carried out in the same medium, without isolation of the 5-[4'-chloro-5'-sulfamoyl-2'-(thenylidene-2-amino)-phenyl]-tetrazole.
