Abstract: The invention relates to an assembly (200) comprising a bottle (102) with a rectangular neck (114), where each corner has a recess (116), an aesthetic band (104) positioned on the neck (114) and comprising a first plate (104a) through which a first window (104b) passes and a first external skirt (104c), an attachment system (208) comprising a second plate (208a) through which a second window (208b) passes and positioned between the neck (114) and the first plate (104a), four lugs (208c) secured to the second plate (208a), where each lug (208c) is positioned under one of the shoulders of the neck (114), and attachment means (250) that secure the aesthetic band (104) to said attachment system (208). With such an arrangement, the attachment system has a particular form affording a reduction in thicknesses around the neck.

Abstract: An applicator for mascara having an oblong general shape extending along a main axis, the applicator including at least three branches distributed around the main axis so as to define a cavity between them inside the applicator. The branches extend between a base to which they are connected and a free end of the applicator, which is remote from the base, and are shaped such that the cavity has a form of a surface of revolution around the main axis, said cavity being open by spaces formed between said branches. The branches extend in helical form around the main axis. The invention so developed makes it possible to obtain an applicator for mascara providing high autonomy by virtue of an internal cavity, the general three-dimensional configuration of which provides a good level of flexibility and enables easy application to the eyelashes.

Abstract: A composition for coating keratin fibres, in the form of a wax-in-water emulsion including, in a first continuous aqueous phase, at least one legume starch having an amylose content greater than or equal to 30%, at least one plasticiser chosen among the polyols, at least one wax, at least one emulsifier and at least one colouring agent. Also, the use of such a composition in order to provide keratin fibres, in particular eyelashes, with a lengthening and curling effect.

Abstract: A cosmetic-product applicator including a gripping element adapted to be gripped by a user, an application tip having a shape the external envelope of which is of revolution, a cylindrical rigid core extending in a longitudinal direction, said core being rigidly secured to the gripping element or formed in a single piece with the gripping element, and a hollow stick mounted so as to be able to rotate freely but translationally fixed on the core, the hollow stick extending longitudinally from the gripping element to the application tip. Abstract: Disclosed is a method for identifying a lip-makeup product from an image, the method including: detecting a mouth on the image; determining whether the mouth is made-up or not; and if the mouth of the person is made-up: determining color parameters of the lip-makeup of the image from at least some of the pixels of the image belonging to the mouth; computing a distance between the color parameters of the lip-makeup from the image and the color parameters of at least some of a plurality of reference lip-makeup products; and if at least one distance between the color parameters of the lip-makeup of the input image and one of the reference lip-makeup product is below a predetermined threshold, identifying a reference lip-makeup product best matching the lip-makeup product on the image.

Abstract: A refillable cosmetic product container device that is configured to receive a refill configured to contain the cosmetic product by an opening in order to put it in place in a reception volume defined by an inside wall of the casing. The inside wall has, over at least part of its surface, a member made of elastomer material connected to the casing and which is at least partly in relief relative to the inside wall of the casing. The casing thus formed is able to hold a refill in the reception volume, by virtue of the members in relief of elastomer material formed on the inside wall of the casing. The invention also relates to a casing for a cosmetic product container device comprising a casing and such a refill.

Abstract: A refill for a container device for cosmetic product that includes a vessel configured to contain such a product, the vessel including a lateral wall. The lateral wall of the vessel has, over at least part of its outside surface, a member made of elastomer material connected to the vessel and which is at least partly in relief in relation to the outside surface of the lateral wall of the vessel. Abstract: A method for post-processing part obtained by additive manufacturing through sintering of a plastic powder, in order to remove particles detached from the part or partially sintered, the method including, consecutively, stripping (S1) and ionizing blowing (S2). Such a method makes it possible to remove particles having a largest dimension greater than a given dimension. Abstract: A cosmetic item including a reservoir adapted to contain a cosmetic product such as a mascara. A guide tube extends according to a longitudinal direction in the reservoir, and an applicator is mounted in longitudinal translation in the guide tube. The applicator can take on a retracted position and a deployed position with respect to the guide tube. The guide tube has a constant inner cross-section, and the applicator has a constant and identical cross-section, except for a functional clearance. The applicator includes a smooth longitudinal first portion and a second portion including a surface suitable adapted to retain the cosmetic product. The cosmetic item according to the invention is aesthetic and simple to use, it protects the cosmetic product from air and enables an accurate metering of the delivered product.

Abstract: An oil extract from Gardenia jasminoides flowers obtained by extraction from powder of Gardenia jasminoides flowers with supercritical CO2, and the process of obtaining such an extract. Also, cosmetic composition including such an oil extract from Gardenia jasminoides flowers having in particular an antiaging effect for the skin, and method for preventing and/or treating changes to the skin due to aging or photoaging using such an extract.

Abstract: A cosmetic product applicator including a straight stick extending according to a main axis with a longitudinal direction, the stick including an external surface over which furrows are formed. Over at least one longitudinal portion of the stick, the external surface of the stick includes at least two helical furrows, one of the two furrows having a right-hand pitch and the other one having a left-hand pitch, the furrows meeting several times over the longitudinal portion of the stick, such an applicator having furrows with opposite pitches improving combing and separating of the eyelashes (or other hairs) when applying a cosmetic product. The presence of furrows having opposite pitches allows for an efficient use of the applicator both with the right hand and with the left hand, with an identical or similar make-up quality. The applicator is well-suited to be used in a “mascara pen” type mascara item.
