Abstract: Electrical connector comprises a housing member having a series of passages each of which receives a female electrical contact member having a profiled part which cooperates with a locking key mobile in a slot perpendicular to the passages and having a series of slots aligned with the passages, each female electrical contact member including a boss which cooperates with a guide slot of each passage and a retaining tongue cut out from a lateral wall and the free end of which is at the same end as the profiled part. The part of each passage between the insertion end and the slot includes a recess the depth of which increases in the direction towards the slot and wherein the retaining tongue is housed.
Abstract: An electric connector includes a female housing member and a male housing member and each housing member includes an arrangement for receiving a locking key able to assume two positions. These are a waiting position allowing insertion of the members and a locked position in which the locking keys lock the members. Each locking key includes means for opposing insertion of the male housing member into the female housing member when it is in the waiting position.
Abstract: An electrical connector housing element includes passages each receiving an electrical contact and a system for locking them. The passages are in two series each comprising two rows. The locking system includes two keys in a head-to-tail arrangement and each of which is U-shape with two branches and a core. Each key is mounted so that one of its branches lies between the branches of the other key. Inclined guides are provided in a groove whereby each key can move in the groove in two perpendicular directions. In a locking position the two branches of the first key immobilize the electrical contacts of the two first rows of the two series of passages. In the locking position the two branches of the second key immobilize the electrical contacts of the two second rows of the two series of passages.

Abstract: Female electric contact member includes a first part having crimping lugs at one end extended by a profiled part in turn extended by a body ending in two elastic bars which form a clamp for gripping a corresponding male electric contact. A complementary part fixed to the body includes two elastic bars to strengthen the elastic action of the bars. The body of the first part has a circular cross-section, the complementary part having a corresponding circular cross-section and, along each of two opposite edges which are contiguous after bending, a lug adapted to be inserted in a slot in the body of the first part and a cut-out lug at an intermediate point of its surface which is inserted in a slot of the first part.
