Abstract: An inorganic composite pigment capable of elevating ultraviolet (UV) protection, and a cosmetic composition including the same, in which the inorganic composite pigment includes a core part including a white pigment; and a surface coating material, which is coated on the surface of an external part of the core part, including an inorganic solution that includes the white pigment. Additionally, the white pigment is at least one kind selected from the group consisting of titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, cerium oxide, silica, talc, mica, and borosilicate. The inorganic composite pigment according to the present disclosure capable of elevating a UV protection undergoes surface modification of the pigment through a process of re-coating a white pigment on a white pigment with a high refractive index, thereby elevating the UV protection.

The cosmetic composition not only has flexibility through irradiation of gamma-rays, but also enables an optimal application time of the cosmetic composition to be visually confirmed through a color change from transparency to ivory white due to a change in the refractive index difference caused by absorbency and volatilization of water when applying the composition to the skin. Abstract: Provided is a cosmetic composition for skin moisturization containing a hydrolyzate extract obtained by adding a protease to the fruit of Cicer arietinum, a Rhododendron chrysanthum leaf extract and a Tricholoma matsutake extract. The cosmetic composition exhibits excellent effects on cell moisturization, intercellular moisturization and skin-barrier moisturization. In addition, the cosmetic composition is harmless to the human body and has excellent stability because it uses natural substances.
