    Abstract: A disk cartridge comprises a case with an upper and a lower shell halves united together to accommodate a disk of 3.5 inches therein, a guide portion, a shutter, and a slider slid in the guide portion of the case for supporting the shutter. The shutter is moved by a drive pin to open and close a head and spindle holes. The slider enables the shutter to move smoothly along the guide portion and prevents the shutter from being disconnected from the guide portion when the case is dropped. The slider also having grooved projections thereon which allow the projections to compress and be inserted into guide portions of the case.

C. and the surface layer has a melt viscosity of 2000-10000 cps at 150.degree. C.

    Abstract: A plasma display panel comprises a front plate disposed on the side of a viewer, a rear plate disposed in parallel and opposing the front plate, and cell barriers arranged between the front and rear plates of matrix shape or linear shape. The cell barrier is formed of a material including a phosphor. The cell barriers are formed by printing multiple times a phosphor paste containing glass frit in an overlapped manner by a screen printing method. The cell barrier is formed in another method in which a positive pattern of cell barriers are formed on the front or rear plate by using photo resist, a slurry containing a phosphor fills in portions except for the pattern of the photo resist, and the photo resist is thereafter removed to thereby form cell barriers. In the case of the cell barrier of a color display PDP, the cell barrier may be composed of a material containing phosphor of different colors each with a width corresponding to a one half width of the cell barrier.

    Abstract: Defective portions, such as black dot defects, in an emulsion layer of an emulsion mask such as a photomask are repaired or removed by irradiating an ultraviolet laser beam from a laser oscillator, preferably an excimer laser. The laser beam is passed through an adjustable aperture for shaping and is then projected onto defective portions in dimensional alignment, whereby the defective portions are destroyed. In order to ensure that only the defective portions are destroyed, the image of the aperture projected on the emulsion layer is observed so as not to cover the emulsion mask where defective portions do not exist. Defective portions such as white defects can also be repaired by using additional procedure together with the irradiation of the laser beam.
