  • Publication number: 20140190926
Abstract: At a medicament manufacturer B, a mouth of a vial body 11 or syringe cartridge 51, in which a medicament 16 is sealed with a plug, is enclosed using a cap 15 or 50 under an environment of a predetermined cleanliness (for example, class M6.5 (the JIS method) or higher). In advance of this enclosure, the cap 15 or 51 has been manufactured at a container manufacturer A by molding with a molding material, which is free of any powdery material, under an environment having cleanliness not lower than the predetermined cleanliness. A cap for enclosing a mouth of a vial body or syringe cartridge sealed with a plug and a manufacturing method of the cap can be provided accordingly.

  • Patent number: 8684206
Abstract: A rubber plug for a vial container includes a leg portion press molded independently, and having a base end side portion, and a plate-shape cap portion bonded to the base end side portion press-molded with the leg portion. The leg portion and the plate-shape cap portion have bonding areas formed as concentric concavo-convex areas. The base end side portion of the leg portion including the area bonded with the plate-shape cap portion is formed of a material same as that of the plate-shape cap portion. A remaining portion of the leg portion except for the base end side is formed by a material different from the plate-shape cap portion.

  • Patent number: 8563107
Abstract: A sanitary container has a hollow cavity for storing a product in cleanliness. A wall portion of the container has a laminated structure of an inner layer and an outer layer. The outer layer is made of a cyclic olefin polymer containing at least one pigment selected from the group consisting of C.I. Pigment Yellow 147, C.I. Pigment Yellow 180 and C.I. Pigment Yellow 181 and added therein. The inner layer is made of a cyclic olefin polymer free of the at least one pigment. The sanitary container is superb in pigment dispersion (ultraviolet ray blocking property), is free of troublesome contamination of its content with pigment particles, and is also excellent in impact resistance strength, gas barrier properties and interface bonding.

  • Patent number: 8499957
Abstract: A rubber plug for a vial container containing medicinal chemicals according to the present invention can be smoothly conveyed by a part feeder while preventing each other's adhesion. The top surface of a discoid cap portion 1A has a Shore A hardness of 25-55 and a surface roughness Ra of 2.5-10.5 ?m. Adherence of the top surface of the discoid cap portion 1A is reduced by synergy effect. The rubber plug 1 can be smoothly conveyed by a part feeder in an inverted position which turns the top surface of the discoid cap portion to the conveying surface.
