In the case of receipts provided as messages, a user can interact with a message management service to identify messages as receipts, and the message management service can upload such messages to the online content management service.

Abstract: Systems and methods for creating and accessing content items are provided. In some examples, a method can include receiving a user selection of an interface element located in a persistent user interface of an operating system desktop of a client device associated with a user account, identifying, based on a query to a meeting service, a meeting associated with the user account, displaying, in response to the user selection of the interface element, a set of user options for the meeting, the set of user options comprising an option to access a content item for the meeting, receiving a user selection of the option to access the content item for the meeting, and accessing, in response to the user selection, the content item.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed toward systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media for generating contextual hubs for organizing and presenting web-accessible content from third-party sources. In particular, the systems described herein can organize and manage within a contextual hub. For instance, the disclosed systems may perform actions on tabs based on analyzing usage signals associated with the tabs. Furthermore, the disclosed systems can organize contextually related content within contextual hubs. The disclosed systems may also facilitate collaboration between users within a contextual hub by synchronizing interactions with content within a contextual hub.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to techniques for capturing and displaying partial motion in VAR scenes. VAR scenes can include a plurality of images combined and oriented over any suitable geometry. Although VAR scenes may provide an immersive view of a static scene, current systems do not generally support VAR scenes that include dynamic content (e.g., content that varies over time). Embodiments of the present invention can capture, generate, and/or share VAR scenes. This immersive, yet static, view of the VAR scene lacks dynamic content (e.g., content which varies over time). Embodiments of the present invention can efficiently add dynamic content to the VAR scene, allowing VAR scenes including dynamic content to be uploaded, shared, or otherwise transmitted without prohibitive resource requirements. Dynamic content can be captured by device and combined with a preexisting or simultaneously captured VAR scene, and the dynamic content may be played back upon selection.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed toward systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media for generating and providing team-specific collections of collaborative content items. For example, the disclosed systems can determine relationships between teams of user accounts and various collaborative content items. Based on the determined relationships, the disclosed systems can identify which collaborative content items are germane to which teams and can provide the collaborative content items to user accounts accordingly. As part of determining relationships between collaborative content items and user accounts (or teams of user accounts), the disclosed systems can determine various information pertaining to the collaborative content items, including access patterns, sharing patterns, activity information, and geographic information.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media that can leverage a natural language model to determine a most probable candidate sequence of tokens and thereby generate a predicted user activity. In particular, the disclosed systems can tokenize activity event vectors to generate a series of sequential tokens that correspond to recent user activity of one or more user accounts. In addition, the disclosed systems can, for each candidate (e.g., hypothetical) user activity, augment the series of sequential tokens to include a corresponding token. Based on respective probability scores for each of the augmented series of sequential tokens, the disclosed systems can identify as the predicted user activity, a candidate user activity corresponding to one of the augmented series of sequential tokens associated with a highest probability score. In some embodiments, a user of a content management system can create a team account within the content management system. The team account can be associated with a domain of the user (now administrator) of the team account. The domain can be an email domain, company name, or some other identifier or characteristic of the user that might be shared with other users. The administrator can specify discoverability settings for the team that allow other content management system users associated with the domain to automatically discover and/or join the team account.

Abstract: In some embodiments, a client application at a client device can receive, from a browser application at the client device, a first message including a unique identifier associated with a session of the browser application at a website associated with a content management system. The client application can extract the unique identifier from the first message, and establish a connection between the client application and the content management system by sending, from the client application to the content management system, a second message including the unique identifier. The client application can then receive, from the content management system through the connection, a third message relayed by the content management system from the website, where the third message is associated with the unique identifier.

Abstract: Generation of filtering rules for incoming messages can be activated by a user through a gesture-based input. When the user activates filtering rule generation, the message management service can cause a user device to display a prompt requesting additional data to be used to generate the filtering rule. The gesture can be a swipe and hold gesture, where the swipe is associated with an action (archiving, deleting, deferring, or adding the message to a list), and the swipe and hold action can activate filtering rule generation associated with the action.

Abstract: The present technology pertains to remotely initiating a capture request. According to at least one example, the present technology includes sending the request for a media capture to a recipient device of a recipient user. The request for the media capture can be configured by the requesting user so that options are chosen for the recipient. The recipient user merely needs to click on a link to cause a web browser to initiate the screen capture. In some cases, the recipient user may need to accept some prompts from their computing device to give the browser permission to perform the capture.

Abstract: In some embodiments, a synchronization system can synchronize symbolic links across multiple devices. For example, a content management system can receive, from a client device, one or more synchronization operations for synchronizing content items between the content management system and the client device. The content items can be content items associated with a user account registered at the content management system. When a task in the content item is updated, all members of the project can be notified of the updated status of the task. A task list for a project can be created that aggregates tasks from multiple content items associated with the project. Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods of accessing content items stored at a content management system by a mobile device, when the mobile device is not communicatively coupled to the content management system. The content management system can receive an indication to mark a content item (e.g., folder and the content items associated with the folder) as available to a mobile device when the mobile device is offline. In some implementations, a messaging client can receive input attaching a content item to an electronic message in a message thread. The content item can be shared with the recipients of the electronic message such that the content item can be synchronized across recipient devices by the online content management system. The messaging client on each recipient device and/or the sender's device can present representations of the attachments associated with the message thread in a centralized location on a GUI of the messaging client.
