Abstract: A oil filter wrench and packaging arrangement therefore are disclosed. The oil filter wrench has a cup-shaped body with a socket formed therein for receiving the top of a conventional oil filter. The interior side wall has a step therein circumscribing the socket. The oil filter wrench can be packaged between a cardboard backing and plastic cover sheet such that the cover sheet over laps the rim of the cup-shaped body. The step spaces the plastic sheet from the socket, keeping the socket area open. With this packaging arrangement the consumer can try his oil filter with the wrench without destroying the package to determine whether the wrench suits his needs before purchasing it.

Abstract: A container cap assembly for capping large bottles, jars and the like that provides a latch device in combination with a container cap assembly which includes a cap body and hinged cover on which is formed a latching tongue adapted to latch to the cap body. The latching tongue is formed having a midsection member that is preferably provided with an arcuate cross-sectional configuration having inwardly bent free edges which define a spring-action biasing means, whereby the free edges are placed in tension when the latching tongue is flexed outwardly away from a protruding lip member formed on the cap body.

Abstract: A pin clip for holding paper items and the like has a back member and a tongue which resiliently engages the back member. The back member typically has an outwardly extending finger. The Tongue is coupled to the back member by a spring means. A pin extends out of the back member for attaching the pin clip to bulletin boards or the like.

Abstract: A two part spout assembly, where both tubular body and spout member are hollow and cylindrical. The inner tubular body is extended to a stopper dome-shaped nozzle with a large semi-elliptic opening. The spout member has a stopper coupling sleeve conforming to the stopper dome-shaped nozzle, with the semi-elliptic opening of the same size, protruding inwardly and formed integrally with the spout member wall. By rotatably sliding the spout member until it reaches the "off" mark the nozzle is placed to a position to complement the spout member to seal the container against the outflow of its contents through the spout. When rotated by 180 degrees, the two domes and openings are fully aligned and the spout is fully opened.
