The N-bent state is a state with a pair of leads bent into an N-shape by moving a pair of slide bodies towards each other, moving a pair of movable sections away from each other, and then rotating the pair of slide bodies around a center point. Thus, leads can be bent into various states, and a leaded component can be appropriately mounted on a board.

When imaging a fiducial mark of the circuit board using an imaging device, the cut and clinch unit is moved such that an identification assistance sticker arranged on the cut and clinch unit is positioned as the background to the fiducial mark. The color of the circuit board surrounding the fiducial is white and the color of the identification assistance sticker is black. Thus, the outline of the fiducial mark is clear and the fiducial mark can be appropriately recognized based on the image data.

    Abstract: A power feeding coil that configures a non-contact power feeding system is provided. The power feeding coil is provided with a coil through which an AC current of a specific frequency flows, and a core that forms a section of a circulating magnetic path, which is interlinked with the coil. In the coil, a wire having an insulating covering is wound around a conductor, and a covering thickness of the insulating covering is set so that the influence of a proximity effect that occurs at the specific frequency between adjacent portions of the wire is a predetermined amount or less. According to this configuration, it is possible to freely adjust a separation distance between portions of the conductor by altering the covering thickness; and the occurrence of AC loss caused by a proximity effect may be appropriately suppressed.

    Abstract: When performing inspection of a tip of a suction nozzle, the tip of the suction nozzle is imaged, and an opening of the tip of the suction nozzle is identified based on the image data. With the image based on the image data, locations with less than a set brightness level inside a location with the set brightness level and greater is identified as the opening. The identified opening is divided into four regions by boundary lines, and the area of the opening is calculated for each of the regions. Based on the areas calculated for each region, it is determined whether the suction nozzle is good. By determining whether the suction nozzle is good based on the area of the opening for each region, it is possible to reliably determine whether the suction nozzle is good.
