The method includes that: prediction parameters of a current block are determined, the prediction parameters including a prediction mode parameter and a size parameter of the current block; when the prediction mode parameter indicates that a Matrix-based Intra Prediction (MIP) mode is adopted to determine an intra prediction value of the current block, an MIP weight matrix of the current block, a shift factor of the current block and an MIP input sample matrix of the current block are determined; and the intra prediction value of the current block is determined according to the MIP weight matrix, the shift factor and the MIP input sample matrix.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to communication technology, and provides a HARQ-ACK codebook feedback method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. The method includes: determining a target feedback sequence. The target feedback sequence includes at least one of a first feedback sequence and a second feedback sequence, the first feedback sequence includes feedback information sorted based on HARQ process numbers on N carriers, and the second feedback sequence includes feedback information on at least one of the N carriers, where N is a positive integer. The method further includes: transmitting the target feedback sequence over a target time unit. The target feedback sequence may include the feedback information sorted based on HARQ process numbers, and the second feedback sequence corresponding to other cases. In this way, the flexibility of HARQ-ACK codebook feedback can be improved.

Abstract: A method for information transmission includes that: a terminal device sends a first preamble and a first uplink data channel to a network device; the terminal device receives first downlink control information from the network device; and the terminal device determines at least one of the following based on a related parameter of the first DCI: a type of a random access channel (RACH) process; a content of the first DCI; a transmission mechanism for first data scheduled by the first DCI; or information carried in the first data scheduled by the first DCI. Abstract: A method for generating feedback information, applied to a terminal, includes receiving a first downlink control information, wherein a downlink physical channel scheduled by the first downlink control information is contained in a first channel group, and the first downlink control information is used to indicate the terminal to transmit a feedback information corresponding to two channel groups, and determining an order of the feedback information corresponding to the two channel groups in a feedback information codebook according to the first downlink control information.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a data transmission method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium; and the method includes: a terminal device determines a first uplink carrier used by uplink data to be transmitted according to first information; where the first uplink carrier is a carrier of a normal uplink NUL or a carrier of a supplementary uplink SUL; and the terminal device sends the uplink data by using the first uplink carrier; where the first information is used to indicate at least one of time limit information, carrier information, resource information or service information used when selecting an uplink carrier. The method according to the embodiments of the present application can flexibly switch UL carriers or determine a carrier or a resource for uplink transmission, thereby giving the flexibility of uplink transmission to the terminal, and improving the efficiency of resource transmission.

The method comprises: receiving dynamic control signaling from a network-side device in a preset period with a first duration unit, wherein the dynamic control signaling is configured to instruct a user equipment (UE) to determine an application delay, and the application delay is a delay for switching signal-receiving modes by the UE; determining the application delay on the basis of the dynamic control signaling; and executing a signal receiving operation by using a signal-receiving mode after switching in a second duration unit, wherein the second duration unit is determined according to the first duration unit and the application delay. The present invention solves the technical problem in related art of a network-side device and a UE lacking consistency in control channel monitoring and transmission.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method of wireless communication are provided. The method by a user equipment (UE) includes being configured by a base station with a listen before talk (LBT) failure recovery procedure, detecting an LBT failure per uplink (UL) bandwidth part (BWP), and triggering an UL LBT failure medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) for one or more serving cells configured to trigger the LBT failure. This can solve issues in the prior art, trigger an UL LBT failure MAC CE for any serving cell which has triggered an LBT failure, provide a good communication performance, and/or provide high reliability.

The method comprises: a terminal device acquiring a plurality of measurement parameters of a network device; and the terminal device determining a first measurement parameter from the plurality of measurement parameters, and performing measurement on a TN cell according to the first measurement parameter. The communication performance between the terminal device and the network device is improved.

Abstract: A method for video recognition and related products are provided. The method includes the following. An original set of clip descriptors is obtained by providing multiple clips of a video as an input of a 3D CNN of a neural network, where the neural network includes the 3D CNN and at least one first fully connected layer, and each of the multiple clips includes at least one frame. An attention vector corresponding to the original set of clip descriptors is determined. An enhanced set of clip descriptors is obtained based on the original set of clip descriptors and the attention vector. The enhanced set of clip descriptors is input into the at least one first fully connected layer and video recognition is performed based on an output of the at least one first fully connected layer.

The method by a user equipment (UE) includes being configured with a gap by a base station, wherein the gap comprises a first slot and a second slot after the first slot in time domain and performing a listen before talk (LBT) by performing a measurement in a part of at least one of the first slot and the second slot. This can solve issues in the prior art, define a behavior of performing an LBT in a gap in time domain, provide a faire coexistence with other devices or technologies in an unlicensed spectrum, provide a turn-around interval for a device to switch from transmitter (Tx) to receiver (Rx) modes or from Rx to Tx modes, provide power consumption reduction for energy measurement, provide a good communication performance, and/or provide high reliability.
