Abstract: The present invention provides a central shaft mechanism, which is arranged on the base of a winding machine, including a central shaft component, a central shaft is arranged in the central part of the central shaft component, the central shaft component is also provided with a bearing support structure and a plurality of first limiting structures, and the central shaft component is fixed and limited in the base of the winding machine through the first limiting structures. The central shaft mechanism of the present invention has stable position, stable and reliable operation, and can reduce the working noise and noise during operation. In addition, it can be packed separately from the base during transportation, and can be quickly installed on site, which can not only provide more stable support, but also reduce the height of the turntable of the height winding machine.

Abstract: A winding machine comprises an upright column, a winding machine base, a rotary mechanism, and a membrane frame. The bottom of the upright column housing main body and the winding machine base are connected by means of a first upright column cover plate and a second upright column cover plate to form a column shape. The upright column internally has a hoisting apparatus supporting frame. The lower end of the hoisting apparatus supporting frame is connected to the bottom inner side connecting piece. The upper end is connected to a top mounting rack of a hoisting apparatus. A lower portion mounting rack of the hoisting apparatus is connected to the bottom inner side connecting piece. A groove opening for ascending and descending movement is reserved on the upright column housing main body between the first upright column cover plate and the second upright column cover plate.

Abstract: A walking type winding machine includes a front protection ring being fixed on a steering part and a steering counting device. The steering counting device includes a first sensor for sensing the steering of a machine body, and the first sensor is connected to a controller of the walking type winding machine. The steering part includes a second sensor which is supported by an elastic component such that the second sensor is movably installed on the steering part, and the second sensor is used for sensing the backward movement of the frame of the steering part with respect to the second sensor. The walking type winding machine makes the control of a film winding path become simple and accurate, and it can protect important components of the steering part, improve walking steering sensitivity, and mitigate the impact on the machine body when colliding with an obstacle.

The open-close modular mechanism is provided with a rotary support capable of being opened as a V-shape, a synchronization mechanism configured to define the opened V-shape, an elastic mechanism configured to provide a bottle-gripping force to the bottle-gripping member and a self-restoring force for the opened V-shape, and an external force import mechanism. A mechanism configured to open the bottle-gripping members is provided respectively at a bottle entrance location and a bottle exit location of the bottle conveyor, and the mechanism configured to open the bottle-gripping members cooperates with the external force import mechanism to provide an external force.

Abstract: Disclosed is an M-shaped fully automatic winding machine provided with a main controller, a film clamping device, an automatic film cutting device, and a film lifting device. The film clamping device is provided on an M-shaped turntable, is driven to work by a second electric motor and uses a storage battery as a power source. A secondary controller controlling the second electric motor to work is also provided on the M-shaped turntable, is in a communication connection with the main controller via wireless data and is controlled by the main controller. A film clamping working position of the film clamping device is in front of an upright post when the M-shaped turntable turns to the angle of the original position. The M-shaped winding machine is also provided with a storage battery charging connection device. When the M-shaped turntable turns to the angle of a charging position, a turntable upper part and a turntable outer part of the charging connection device can be electrically connected.
