    Abstract: A method for eliminating pathogenic microbes from crops having foliage, comprising steps of drying the foliage and the pathogenic microbes thereon so that the pathogenic microbes on the dried foliage are in a state of growth dormancy and water absorbency readiness; and applying an ozone water solution, comprised of water with dissolved ozone, to the dried foliage, wherein the ozone water solution is absorbed by the dried pathogenic microbes which die upon absorbing the ozone water.
