Abstract: According to some embodiments, data may be received indicative of a plurality of insurance claims along with an indication of an appropriate claim segment classification for each insurance claim. A first claim handler may then be automatically selected for a first insurance claim based at least in part on: (i) a first segment classification associated with the first insurance claim, (ii) numbers of other insurance claims currently assigned to claim handlers, and (iii) load factors associated with claim handlers. An indication of the selected first claim handler may then be transmitted.

Abstract: Systems and methods are discussed for providing sensor enhanced safety, recovery, and activity evaluation systems. Sensors that monitor user activity and behavior are worn by a user and/or placed in the user environment. Data from the sensors are processed to obtain a safety, recovery, and/or activity evaluation. Based on the evaluation, recommendations or adjustments to the terms of an insurance policy covering the user, the user's employer, or a facility providing health care to the user, are generated, to accurately reflect the risks associated with the user, employer, and/or facility. In embodiments, an alert may be generated when a failure to conform with activity guidelines is detected.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, an automated scoring analysis computer may access information in a historical data store, including sets of attribute values and prior results for a plurality of prior associations, to create a scoring model. An indication of a selected potential association from a potential association data store may be received, including a set of attribute values. The scoring analysis computer may then calculate a risk score for the selected potential association based on the scoring model. A front-end application computer server may automatically select a workflow path from a plurality of potential workflow paths.

Abstract: A device and method are described for a universal analytical data mart and data structure for same. The analytical data mart (ADM) associated data structure is designed to allow data from disparate sources to be integrated, enabling streamlined business intelligence, reporting and ad hoc analysis. Conceptually, the ADM enables analytics and business intelligence from multiple frames of reference including people, such as parties and actors including individuals and organizations, places, such as addresses with geographic information at various levels of view, objects, such as insured properties, automobiles and machinery, and events, milestones which happen at points in time and provide analytical/business value.

Abstract: An enterprise platform may retrieve, from a collaboration data store, information about a selected enterprise team. The enterprise platform may then transmit, from a set of integration tools to a workflow tool of a remote cloud-based environment, a data payload including a notification request associated with a channel. The enterprise platform may also transmit, from a runtime environment to a business communication platform of the cloud-based environment, a request to post a notification to the channel and arrange for a member of the selected enterprise team to receive an adaptive information card, pushed by the business communication platform via the channel, containing information associated with at least one of the integration tools. The member who receives the adaptive information card may also, via selection of a graphical icon on the card, respond to the business communication platform via bi-directional communication.

Abstract: Some embodiments are directed to a regulatory compliance tool implemented via a back-end application computer server. A location based regulatory compliance data store may contain electronic records associated with a set of locations. Each electronic record may include, for example, an electronic record identifier and at least one regulatory compliance parameter. The computer server may receive, from a user via an interactive graphical user interface display, a set of task indications associated with regulatory compliance. The computer server may also receive, from the user, a selected location from a set of potential locations. The computer server may then retrieve, from the location based regulatory compliance data store, information about the at least one regulatory compliance parameter associated with the selected location. The computer server may then update the display based on the retrieved information about the at least one regulatory compliance parameter associated with the selected location.

Abstract: A plurality of risk relationship sensors, including at least one image capturing sensor (e.g., a camera), may each include an environment characteristic detection element, a power source, and a communication device to transmit data associated with risk relationship sensor data at a site. A risk relationship data store may contain electronic records associated with prior risk relationship events at other sites along with risk relationship sensor location data for those sites. An enterprise analytics platform may automatically analyze the electronic records in the risk relationship data store to create a predictive analytics algorithm. The data associated with potential risk relationship sensor data at the site may then be automatically analyzed, in substantially real-time, using the predictive analytics algorithm, and a result of the analysis may then be transmitted (e.g., to a party associated with the site).

Abstract: Mediums, apparatus, computer program code, and means may be provided to customize electronic records associated with a distributed communication network via an automated back-end application computer server. According to some embodiments, a relational database management system database and a plurality of database tables linked to the relational database management system database may be accessed. The back-end application computer server may retrieve electronic record layout information and utilize pre-determined logic associated with the plurality of linked tables, including logic that matches multiple pointers within a single pair of linked tables, to automatically insert accessed data into a customized electronic record in accordance with the electronic record layout information. The customized electronic record may then be transmitted to be rendered via an interactive user interface display.

Abstract: A system to provide an automated risk relationship resource allocation tool via back-end application computer server of an enterprise. A resource allocation data store may contain electronic records representing requested resource allocations between the enterprise and a plurality of entities. The server may receive an indication of a selected requested resource allocation and retrieve, from the resource allocation data store, the electronic record associated with the selected requested resource allocation. A hail history score request associated with a geographic location and a date range may be received from a remote requester device. Responsive to the received hail history score request, a computer processor of a hail history server may automatically access information in the hail history storage device based on the geographic location and date range. Moreover, the computer processor may automatically evaluate accessed information to calculate a hail history score value. The computer processor may then transmit, to the remote requester device, historical hail evaluation data including the calculated hail history score value.

Abstract: Some embodiments are directed to a resource allocation analysis system implemented via a back-end application computer server. A resource data store may contain electronic records associated with a set of resource types, each electronic record including an electronic record identifier and resource parameter. The back-end application computer server may receive, from the resource data store, information about a set of resource types to be analyzed, including the associated resource parameters. The computer server may then execute a differential evolutionary algorithm to optimize the set of resource types based on at least one non-linear constraint and generate resource analysis results. The back-end application computer server may, according to some embodiments, perform a resampling process that uses non-parameterized historical data, regression on at least one resource type, and moment matching.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, an enterprise proprietary data store contains a set of electronic data records, each electronic data record having with proprietary data and an associated governance structure. A compliance computer platform may receive the proprietary data and associated governance structure from the enterprise proprietary data store and define enterprise-wide decision accountabilities for the proprietary data based on the governance structure. The compliance computer platform may also define privacy objectives for the proprietary data based on the governance structure along with specific machine-level controls to test and confirm compliance with the governance structure.

Abstract: Some embodiments are directed to an emergency response system implemented via a back-end application computer server. A vehicle telematics data store may contain electronic records and each electronic record may include, for example, an electronic record identifier and at least one vehicle operation parameter (e.g., a vehicle speed, an accident location, an accident time of day, etc.). The computer server may receive, from an emergency responder (e.g., a police officer, ambulance, firefighter, etc.) via an interactive graphical emergency responder interface display, a vehicle tag (e.g., based on a QR code). Abstract: In some embodiments, an input document is received at a tagging platform, via a communication device, and associates it with a tag request. The tagging platform automatically selects at least one electronic record associated with a first user from a user data store containing electronic records associated with users (each record including at least a user identifier and a user communication address). The input document and tag request are transmitted to the communication address associated with the first user, and a document tag is received from the first user. The tagging platform may then store the document tag in a document mining result database by adding an entry to the database identifying the received document tag and transmit an indication associated with the document mining result database to a plurality of risk applications.

Abstract: A system may receive a first resource allocation request (associated with a first company) from a first entity. The system may determine that the first request is not associated with a risk relationship and arrange for it to be processed via a claim servicing entity. Information about the first request may then be routed to a request handler device for processing and a communication with a first graphical indication may be generated. The system may also receive a second resource allocation request (associated with the first company) from a second entity and determine that it is to be processed via a risk. The system may then route information about the second request to a request handler device for processing and generate a communication with a second graphical indication. Note that the request handler device may be the same device that received the information about the first request.

Abstract: A computer server receives, from a remote user device, information about a new potential risk relationship customer (including at least one new user parameter). Based on the new user parameter, the computer server accesses third-party data and utilizes a stored procedure to read data about the new potential risk relationship customer from an internal table of cloud data. The data read from the internal table is processed to dynamically evolve a schema and create an incremental view of cloud data. The computer server uses the incremental view to read and output a current batch of cloud data. A user interface workflow is then customized via a machine learning algorithm that processes the information about the new potential risk relationship customer, the third-party data, and the current batch of cloud data. A user information data store can then be updated based on information collected via user interface displays.

A water impact data store may contain electronic records associated with prior water-related events at other sites along with water-related sensor location data for those sites, and a third-party information interface may receive third-party information. Abstract: A system to provide a risk relationship transaction automation tool via a back-end application computer server of an enterprise. The system may include a risk relationship data store that contains electronic records representing transactions associated with requested resource allocations between the enterprise and a plurality of entities. The server may receive an indication of a selected requested resource allocation transaction and retrieve, from the risk relationship data store, the electronic record associated with the selected requested resource allocation transaction.
