The predetermined keys stored in the key storage unit are generated and stored when the data checking device is connected to the another device by the connection unit.

The microprobes penetrate the microfluidic element and are inserted into a plurality of single cells captured by the microchannel portion when the microfluidic element and the microprobe-array element are coupled together.
