Abstract: An apparatus for managing sharded blockchain network obtains state information including an inter-node data transmission rate and computing resources of each node in the current epoch of a shard-based blockchain network in which N nodes are distributed to at least one shard, a consensus process record of each node in each shard and a ratio of malicious nodes, estimates at least one action each including block size, block interval and number of shards corresponding to the state information by using an artificial neural network in which a pattern estimation method has been previously learned, selects one action among the estimated at least one action and applies the one action to the shard-based blockchain network.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a binder for an all-solid-state battery, a method for preparing the binder, an electrode for an all-solid-state battery including the binder, and an all-solid-state battery including the electrode. Particularly, the binder for an all-solid-state battery has a three-dimensional network structure formed by mixing a polymer having unsaturated carbon double bonds, sulfur donor, vulcanization accelerator, first activating agent and a second activating agent in an adequate amount, and then carrying out heat treatment to perform crosslinking through the covalent bonding of carbon in the polymer chains with sulfur. In this manner, it is possible to minimize damages upon the sulfide-based solid electrolyte.

Abstract: An image compression apparatus includes: an image acquisition unit configured to acquire a raw data image; a pre-processing network configured to receive the raw data image and pre-process the raw data image according to a pattern estimation method learned beforehand; and an encoder unit configured to receive the pre-processed image and compress the pre-processed image according to a pre-designated standard compression technique to output a compressed image. Abstract: A nanocatalyst for partial oxidation of methane is disclosed. The nanocatalyst is prepared by carbonizing a metal-organic framework coordinated with copper ions to form a structure in which nitrogen atoms present in a nitrogen-doped porous carbon structure form coordinate bonds with copper ions. This structure enhances the chemical stability of the nanocatalyst, prevents the peroxidation of methane at low temperature, and significantly improves the conversion efficiency of methane to liquid products such as methanol and methyl hydroperoxide by selective partial oxidation of methane gas. Also disclosed are a method for preparing the nanocatalyst and a method for partial oxidation of methane using the nanocatalyst.
