  • Publication number: 20230018532
Abstract: A motorized actuation module actuates an endoscopic instrument. It is made up of a mounting plate able to be attached to the ulnar-palmar grasping zone of a handgrip of an endoscope, the mounting plate having an ulnar-palmar bearing surface extended by a heel extending in a direction that makes an angle of 90°±25° with respect to the perpendicular to the plane of the ulnar-palmar bearing surface. The heel includes an electromechanical sensor that delivers a control signal controlling the movement of an endoscopy instrument.

  • Publication number: 20220296803
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a surgical device comprising a rod having a deformable sleeve at its distal end surrounding the rod, the control element being longitudinally movable for moving the proximal end of the sleeve between a rest position, in which the deformable sleeve has a tubular shape, and an active position, in which the sleeve is deformed by bringing together its distal and proximal ends. The rod is made up of an internal hollow tubular element surrounded by a sheath that can move in translation and rotation relative to the internal hollow tubular element. The distal end of the sleeve is fixed onto a peripheral strip of the internal hollow tubular element and the proximal end of the sleeve is fixed onto a peripheral strip of the sheath.

  • Publication number: 20210128154
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a surgical staple defining a median folding zone which is continued by a pair of branches, each branch having a pointed fastening end and an intermediate clamping zone situated between the median folding zone and the pointed fastening end. The staple is deformable so that each branch can be folded relative to the median folding zone by causing each fastening end to approach the other branch, the staple being formed by a metal cutout pre-shaped by folding, and is of constant thickness. Intermediate clamping zones of the two branches are cut out such as to form at least two teeth, the edges of which form two complementary clamping surfaces, parallel to the median plane when the staple is folded. The cross-section of clamping surfaces correspond to the cross-section of the metal cutout.

  • Patent number: 10736497
Abstract: A method and a system for anatomical site relocalisation using dual data synchronisation. Method for repositioning, possibly several times, at a specific location, which has been already explored during a first or “reference exploration”, a flexible endoscope during one or more successive endoluminal or extraluminal subsequent or “new exploration”, or similar procedures, wherein the repositioning is realized either manually, by a human user, or automatically, by a robotic system, from or by way of a synchronisation process between a “new exploration” flexible endoscope video and the “reference exploration” flexible endoscope video displayed in parallel on or in two different windows, on one or more screens.
