Abstract: A pull-out guide assembly includes a support rail to be mounted on a piece of furniture and a pull-out rail to be mounted on a drawer. Rollers are provided for transmitting the load of the drawer from the pull-out rail to the support rail. The front end of the support rail is fastened to a frame of the piece of furniture. The rear end of the support rail extends without connection to a side wall of the piece of furniture into the piece of furniture. The rear end of the support rail is provided with a lateral strut which abuts the furniture side wall.

Abstract: A hinge for an article of furniture comprising a hinge arm and a mounting plate. The mounting plate is to be mounted on a side wall of said article of furniture and abuts a side face of the side wall with a mounting plane. The hinge arm is connected by means of a hinge axle to a hinge part adapted to be mounted on a furniture door. The hinge arm is fastened to the mounting plate by at least one locking member which is acted upon by a spring and is held on the mounting plate solely by means of the locking member. The mounting plate is provided with pegs extending perpendicularly to the mounting plane. The hinge arm comprising two arms defining an L. A first arm is aligned parallel to a front face of the side wall and a second arm is aligned parallel to the side face of said side wall.

Abstract: A drawer assembly includes two metallic drawer side walls having rear ends provided with devices for fastening to a drawer rear wall and further being provided with respective support flanges for a bottom plate. The drawer side walls have at front ends thereof flanges that project inwardly and that have rearwardly projecting lugs stamped out of such flanges. The lugs project into holes in a fastening plate positioned at and abutting rear sides of the flanges and to be connected to a front plate that abuts front sides of the flanges.

Abstract: A frame hinge has a hinge arm which may be secured to a furniture frame and is connected by way of at least one articulation pin to a hinge pot which may be set in a door leaf. The hinge arm is secured to the furniture frame by a base plate. Arranged between the hinge arm and the base plate is an intermediate plate which is held against the base plate by a clamping screw and is articulatedly connected to the hinge arm. The axis of the articulation is aligned perpendicular to the hinge axis and perpendicular to the plane of the closed door leaf. A gap-adjusting screw is held in the base plate and is supported by its thread either in the hinge arm or in the intermediate plate, with the result that when the gap-adjusting screw is turned the hinge arm and the intermediate plate perform an angular movement in relation to one another.

Abstract: A furniture fitting for connecting parts of an article of furniture includes a dowel to be inserted into a hole in one furniture part and an expansion member movable relative to the dowel between a relaxed position, enabling the dowel to be inserted into the hole, and an expanded position, enabling the dowel to be locked in the hole. A holding member is mounted with respect to the expansion member for rotatable movement relative to the dowel to actuate the expansion member to move to or from the expanded position thereof upon such rotatable movement relative to the dowel. The holding member is to be connected to another furniture part.

Abstract: A hinge mounting plate assembly enables mounting on a frame of an article of furniture a door of the article of furniture. The assembly includes a hinge arm which is pivotally mounted to a hinge casing and a mounting plate which is mountable on the frame and securable thereto by a screw. The hinge casing is insertable into a hole in the door. The hinge arm is mounted on the mounting plate by two intermediate members. A first intermediate member is mounted on the mounting plate for longitudinal movement in a horizontal direction in the plane of the closed door. The hinge arm is mounted on a second intermediate member for longitudinal movement in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the plane of the closed door. Clamping screws are provided for clamping the first intermediate member to the mounting plate and the second intermediate member to the hinge arm. Such movements being permitted upon loosening of the clamping screws. The two intermediate members are interlockable with each other.

Abstract: A frame hinge has a hinge arm which may be secured to a furniture frame and a hinge pot which may be set in a door leaf and is connected to the hinge arm on the frame side by way of at least one articulation pin. The hinge arm is secured to a first wedge plate which, together with a second wedge plate having a wedge surface or wedge surfaces facing in a direction opposite to a wedge surface or surfaces of the first wedge plate, is arranged between the hinge arm and the furniture frame. One of the two wedge plates is movable relative to the other by a Phillips screwdriver.

Abstract: A support rail of a drawer pull-out guide is attachable to an article of frame furniture having a frame front with vertical and horizontal frame members. The support rail is fastened at a front end thereof to a vertical frame member and has at such front end a clamping device which is formed into a U-shape to embrace the vertical frame member.

Abstract: A fitting for fixing a rear wall of a drawer to a side part of the drawer includes a supporting part which can be fixed to the drawer side part and has fixing lugs which engage in receiving openings in a holding part. The holding part can be fixed on the rear wall of the drawer.

Abstract: A supporting rail fitting for a drawer pull-out guide for frame furniture having at least one vertical and one horizontal frame member. The supporting rail is secured to the frame at the front. A mounting plat capable of being secured to the vertical frame member and having a securing web is provided. Securing means, such as screws, project through the securing web. The mounting plate has at least one stop web which extends at right angles to the securing web and in the mounted state lies laterally against the frame member. Further, the mounting plate is provided with an anchoring web which protrudes from the frame member and to which the supporting rail can be coupled.

Abstract: A pull-out mechanism for a drawer includes a support rail which is to be secured to a furniture cabinet, a pull-out rail which is to be secured to the drawer and a central rail arranged between the support and pull-out rails. The weight of the drawer is transmitted between the rails by rollers. Respective deflection rollers are arranged at the front and rear ends of the central rail. A control cable is secured to the support rail and to the pull-out rail and is guided over the deflection rollers. The cable has two free ends which are each connected to a coupling including a receiving part and an inserting part, each of which has a respective retaining member in the shape of a toothed rack, by way of which the inserting part can be coupled in the receiving part over a capture region corresponding to the length of the toothed racks. One of the coupling parts can be coupled to the support or pull-out rail.

Abstract: A drawer includes drawer side walls and metal pull-out rails attached to the drawer side walls. Each metal pull-out rail has a vertical web, an upper horizontal running flange and a lower horizontal flange supporting a drawer bottom plate. The bottom plate has parallel lateral edges and a pair of longitudinal grooves extending parallel to such lateral edges. A number of flaps are punched out of each lower horizontal flange and extend into a respective groove to fix the bottom plate to the flange. Cover strips are arranged on the drawer side walls and cover the lateral edges of the bottom plate. A further number of flaps is stamped out of each lower horizontal flange. Such further flaps abut the bottom plate at the sides of the respective groove, thus thrusting the bottom plate to the respective cover strip.

Abstract: An apparatus for securing a front panel of a drawer to a drawer frame includes a holding part to be secured to the front panel and a support part to be secured to a drawer frame, one such assembly being provided for each side of the drawer. The holding part can be coupled to the support part, and a spring, preferably a helical spring, acts in the longitudinal direction of the drawer frame between the support part and the holding part. When the front panel is mounted, a limited relative movement of the holding part with respect to the support part in opposition to the spring action is possible.

Abstract: A drawer construction set includes two metal drawer frames, each having a rear end thereof a flange extending inwardly. The flange has an upwardly open slot and a lower slot. A metal drawer rear wall has at opposite ends thereof respective bent webs, each having an upper hook and a lower positioning lug. The hooks of the rear wall are fittable into the upwardly open upper slots of the drawer frames to suspend the rear wall therefrom. The positioning lugs of the rear wall then are fittable into the lower slots of the drawer frames, to prevent vertical displacement of the rear wall relative thereto.

There are mounted on the bracket (13, 31) two rollers (16, 17) which are arranged one above the other and which receive between them the running web (18) of the bearing rail (3).

Rollers transfer the load of the drawer from one rail to another. A cable is fastened to the support rail and is connectable to the pull-out rail, such cable running on pulleys mounted at front and rear ends of the intermediate rail. A coupling device is provided for releasably coupling the cable to the pull-out rail. The coupling device includes an inner elongated coupling member fastened to the cable and an outer coupling member fastened to the pull-out rail and embracing the inner coupling member. Both coupling members are provided with at least one rack member or arrangement of teeth that engage each other when in coupling position.

Abstract: A guide rail assembly for use on each of opposite sides of a drawer includes a support rail fastenable to a furniture body, a pull-out rail fastenable to the drawer and a middle rail disposed between the support rail and the pull-out rail. The weight of the drawer is transmitted between the rails by means of track or guide rollers. Respective deflection rollers or pulleys for a control rope are disposed at front and rear ends of the middle rail. Disposed at the front end of the middle rail is an end bearer or guide member made of plastic material and having at a front end thereof a curved, downwardly directed cap for the front end of the middle rail.

Abstract: A closing device is employed in an article of furniture having furniture components including a furniture body and a drawer for moving the drawer to a fully inserted position within the furniture body. The closing device includes a pin member fixed to the drawer and a tiltable member mounted on the furniture body. The tiltable member is displaceable along a guide track in opposite directions. The pin member and the tiltable member are engaged with the drawer is in its fully inserted position. The pin member is held in a slot of the tiltable member. A spring acts on the tiltable member. When the pin and the tiltable member are in engagement, the spring urges to the drawer to move in a direction inwardly of the furniture body to the fully inserted position.

Abstract: A hinge pot has a housing which can be inserted into a bore in a furniture part and dowel-type expandable clamping jaws which can be inserted in the bore and which can be pressed against the bore wall by way of expanding members constructed as tie rods. The expanding members are movable by way of an eccentric lever in the direction of insertion of the hinge pot perpendicular to the plane of mounting thereof. The clamping jaws are cylinder sections of visco-elastic material. The expanding members are metal, are located between the hinge pot and the respective clamping jaws, and have hooks at their free ends. Opposite the hooks are provided contact pressure cams which are supported against a housing wall of the hinge pot.
