Abstract: A drawer comprising two double-walled drawer sides (1) made of metal, a drawer base (14), two pull-out rails (2), as well as two securing devices (4) for a front wall (5) which, in the mounted state, is located between the two drawer sides (1). The front wall (5) has at both ends (4) (sic) a fitting (8) provided with a stop plate (9) which is located next to the front wall (5) and which covers the front side of the drawer side (1). The front wall (5) has in cross section an upper closed profile (10) and a lower rearwardly open profile (11) with a front covering web (12). The lower open profile (11) receives the front edge of the drawer base (14). The front wall (5) has a rear web (15) which is directed perpendicularly to the drawer base (14) and terminates at the drawer base (14).

Abstract: A hinge for an article of furniture having a frame and a door includes a frame-side base plate with a hinge arm and which base plate embraces the frame in the manner of a U by means of two side webs and a central connection web. the hinge arm and a hinge pot are connected to one another by means of an articulated spindle. At least one securing screw secures the base plate to the frame by projecting through the central connection web. At least one claw directed towards the frame is constructed on the side web of the base plate which bears against the inside of the frame.

Abstract: A drilling machine for drilling securing holes for furniture fittings, for example hinges, includes a drive motor which drives drills by way of a multispindle drilling head with a drill gearing and a plurality of drilling spindles. A stop rule with adjustable stop blocks and a feed device for the feed drill are provided, as well as a press-in die for mounting the furniture fittings on a furniture part. The drilling machine is equipped with a set of replaceable multispindle drilling heads and a set of replaceable stop rules which can be exchangeably fixed to the drilling machine by quick-action clamping devices which can be operated without the use of a tool.

Abstract: A drawer frame (12) made of sheet steel and having a lower supporting web (26), a vertical web (12') and an upper running web (23) is provided with a separate mounting (14) in which a three-dimensional panel (8) can be suspended. The panel (8) has a vertical cover web (8') located laterally spaced from the vertical web (12') of the drawer frame (12) in the mounted position.

Abstract: A pull-out guide for a drawer includes a support rail to be mounted on a side of a furniture body or carcass and a pull-out rail to be mounted on the side of the drawer. Guide members such as rollers transmit the load of the drawer and are mounted on the rails. The rollers of the support rail and of the pull-out rail are offset perpendicular to the direction of pulling out the pull-out rail relative to the support rail. The pull-out rail thus is guided on two tracks. The pull-out rail has at least one horizontal tab which projects below a running web of the support rail and forms a lift protection preventing the pull-out rail from being lifted off the support rail.

Abstract: A pull-out guide fitting for a drawer, having two drawer frames (2) to which a respective pull-out rail (6) of the two pull-out rails (6) and a drawer guide fitting comprising two carcass-side support rails (5) is detachably secured. Each pull-out rail (6) has in the region of its rear end a hook by means of which it can be suspended in the drawer. There are provided, projecting transversely with respect to the pull-out direction of the pull-out rails (6), latching parts (9) which fix the pull-out rail (6) to the drawer frame (2) in the direction of displacement of the drawer guide fitting. There is assembled on the pull-out rails (6) a cam body (1) which is rotatable about a horizontal axis and on which the drawer bears. The cam body (1) is mounted in a cutout (4) in the upper horizontal web (6') and the drawer base (3) bears on the cam body (1).

Abstract: On each side of a drawer is a pull-out rail secured to the drawer and a support rail secured to a furniture body. Load-transmitting rollers are mounted between the rails. Provided on one side of the drawer is a closing device including a guide housing mounted on the body and having a guide groove to guide a plate-shaped tilt segment which is acted upon by a spring. The tilt segment is displaceable along the guide grooves by guide pegs extending into the guide groove. An entrainer peg on the drawer couples to the tilt segment. The guide groove is arranged in the guide housing on a side thereof facing the support rail. The tilt segment projects laterally from the guide housing and has two laterally projecting stabilizing pegs which, in end positions of the tilt segment, fit on and abut support surfaces of the guide housing on a side thereof remote from the guide groove.

The device includes a brake rail is secured to one of the body or the drawer. Two brake shoes are mounted to be movable along the brake rail in the direction of movement of the drawer. The shoes are activated by a stop on other of the drawer or the body. The shoes are connected to the brake rail by a spring. The stop moves the brake shoes against the action of the spring.

Abstract: A securing apparatus (5) for the front panel (1) of a drawer. Securable to the front panel (1) are hook-type holding parts (6) which when the front panel (1) is mounted are suspendable in carrier parts (21) associated with the drawer side walls (2) and may be braced by these carrier parts. Provided on each side of the drawer is a housing (5') which may be secured by means of dowel (15) or the like to a side wall (2) of the drawer, preferably made of wood material, for example a chipboard, and this housing being mounted in a carrier part (21). Furthermore, a removable holding apparatus (50) for a draw-out rail (14), secured to the drawer, of a draw-out guide fitting is provided, with the draw-out rail (14) having at the rear a hook (40) by means of which it is suspendable in the drawer and having at the front an open horizontal slit (11) into which a laterally projecting holding peg (13) of the holding apparatus (50) projects.

At the rear of the support bracket is a hook under which the support rail is insertable. The support rail is held in the inserted position by a locking lever that is supported on or in the support rail. Abstract: A front panel mounting device for a drawer includes a holding part fastened to a drawer front panel and a carrying apparatus fastened to a drawer frame at each of opposite sides of a drawer. The carrying apparatus includes members for adjustment of the front panel as well as a securing part in the form of a housing fixed on the drawer frame and a hook member which is adjustably supported in the housing and which extends at a ring angle to the front panel. The holding part may be suspended on the hook member. The hook member is supported in the housing by means of eccentrics that form the adjustment members. One eccentric is supported by front and rear journals thereof in holes in spaces walls of the drawer frame. The housing is inserted between such walls. Such one eccentric therefore fixes the housing in the drawer frame.

Abstract: A drawer has two drawer side frames to each of which a pull-out rail of a drawer guide assembly is releasably fastened. Each pull-out rail has at its rear end a hook by means of which it is engageable in the drawer. The drawer is provided with catch elements which engage on each side in a recess of the pull-out rail and abut on a catch edge of the pull-out rail. Each drawer frame has a hook member which receives the front end of the pull-out rail. Further, a number of stop surfaces staggered in a direction inclined to the pull-out direction of the drawer are formed on the catch elements. One of these stop surfaces abuts on the catch edge.

Abstract: A drawer includes two parallel metal drawer side walls, each being provided with a side wall rail for a runner roller of a pull-out guide. A front wall is releaseably connectable to the drawer side walls and lies in a mounted position between the drawer side walls. A connecting fitting member is premounted to the front wall for each drawer side wall. The fitting member has a stop which lies laterally beside the front wall and is pullable towards the front side of the respective drawer side wall to obtain a firm connection between the front wall and the drawer side wall.

Abstract: An apparatus for securing a front panel of a drawer to a respective side wall of the drawer includes a housing having an interior and to be mounted to a front end of the drawer side wall. A carrier member is mounted in the interior of the housing and has a U-shaped configuration including a horizontal web and spaced side flanges extending vertically therefrom. A latch member is supported by the carrier member for height displacement relative thereto and has a U-shaped configuration including a vertical web having spaced side flanges extending horizontally rearwardly therefrom. A holding member to be mounted on the drawer front panel has a hook portion to engage with the web of the latch member when the front panel is to be mounted on the drawer. A spring acts on the latch member to urge it upwardly relative to the carrier member and therefore into engagement with the holding member.

The hinge pot has a recess into which an inner coupling member may be inserted and in which the latter is releasably anchorable by means of a locking member acted upon by a spring. Provided in one part of either the hinge pot or the coupling member is at least one shoulder which is received with form fit in a recess of the other part. The coupling member may be inserted into the hinge pot in a direction perpendicular or approximately perpendicular to the plane of the door. The locking member, which is mounted tiltably on the coupling member, presses against a nose of a hinge pot wall delimiting the recess.

Abstract: A closing device is employed in an article of furniture having furniture components including a furniture body and a drawer for moving the drawer to a fully inserted position within the furniture body. The closing device includes a pin member fixed to one of the furniture components and a tiltable member mounted on the other of the furniture components for displacement relative thereto in opposite first and second directions. The pin member and the tiltable members are engaged when the drawer is in the fully inserted position. Upon the drawer being moved in the direction outwardly of the furniture body, the tiltable member displaces relative to the other furniture component in the first direction. A spring acts on the tiltable member and the other furniture component to urge relative displacement therebetween in the second direction. When the pin and tiltable members are in engagement, the spring urges the drawer to move in a direction inwardly of the furniture body to the fully inserted position.
