  • Patent number: 5558127
Abstract: A hydraulic pilot valve consisting of a pair of pressure-reducing valves, wherein a stopper which can freely adjust maximum control inputs of operating levers (23, 24) of the hydraulic pilot valve is provided to make maximum pilot pressures output from the pair of pressure-reducing valves freely adjustable. Furthermore, in the hydraulic pilot valve, a stopper member for limiting a maximum control input of an operating lever is fixed to the operating levers (23, 24), so that an operating force during a maximum operation of an operating lever is received by the stopper member. Furthermore, in the hydraulic pilot valve, an erroneous operation due to vibrations and the like is prevented by a damper mechanism (50) interposed between a lever fixed to each of the operating levers (23, 24) and a main body (1) of the valve.

  • Patent number: 5555171
Abstract: A data collection system for a driving machine for collecting data obtained at a plurality of controllers disposed within the driving machine, in which one of the plurality of controllers is used as a master controller to perform sequential polling operation over the other controllers including an external controller through a communication line. The other controller subjected to the polling transmits data obtained at its own controller to the controllers other than its own controller. The master controller continues its polling operation so long as the master controller fails to receive a response to the polling from the external controller. The master controller, when receiving the response to the polling from the external controller, judges that the external controller was connected to a connector for connection with the external controller and stops its polling operation.

  • Patent number: 5551814
Abstract: Processing accuracy varying with thermal displacement of a machine body is automatically, rapidly adjusted. There is provided a temperature detector for detecting temperature in the vicinity of a bearing for an inner-tooth milling cutter. Based on the temperature detected by the temperature detector, temperature-related correction data to be used for correction of basic processing data is computed. In this case, the correction data related to the diameter of the circular path followed by the center of the inner-tooth milling cutter is obtained by calculating a magnification with respect to the basic processing data, while the correction data related to the center of the circular path is obtained by calculating a deviation from the basic processing data.

  • Patent number: 5542979
Abstract: A thin sulfide film can be formed by simultaneously generating under different conditions a plurality of deposition materials to be deposited on a substrate, using the fact that sulfur has a higher vapor pressure. Sulfur vapors can be generated in an external vessel (6) which is located outside the vacuum deposition vessel (1). The sulfur vapors can then be introduced into the vacuum deposition vessel (1) through a vapor inlet tube (7) to form a localized atmosphere of sulfur vapors within the vacuum deposition vessel (1) in the vicinity of the substrate which is positioned on a substrate holder (4). Chemical bonding, on the substrate, of the sulfur vapors and the vapors of other deposition materials generated from other deposition sources provided in the vacuum deposition vessel (1) form a thin film of high quality with good reproducibility.

  • Patent number: 5534918
Abstract: An image processing apparatus capable of displaying an object on right and left screens so that the object an be visually examined as usually seen by the naked eye. When visual examination positions of right and left displays (1, 2) are detected by eye cameras (3, 4), the visually examined object (WK) on the screens (1, 2) is specified on the basis of the detected visual examination positions. A position of the object (WK) on one screen (1a) is fixed and an entire image including the object (WK) is shifted on the other screen (2a) so that a position of the object (WK) on the other screen (2a) becomes the same to the fixed position on the one screen (1a). A processing is performed to darken a portion of the screen (2a) which is not displayed on the screen (2a) before the image shifting and is displayed on the screen (2a) as a result of the image shifting, and also to darken a portion of the screen (1a) corresponding to the darkened part of the screen (2a) so that the corresponding part is also darkened.
