Abstract: A mechanical diagnosis method for combustion abnormality using engine noise includes: calculating an Energy K and a Loudness standard deviation index (NSTD) with Kurtosis analysis by a diagnosis controller 30 from noise data measured together with a signal component by rotation excitation of an engine 10; calculating a plurality of order frequency peak order component values by a Modulation Frequency Transform; and distinguishing a cylinder where abnormal combustion occurs from a cylinder where normal combustion occurs by applying a predetermined threshold to these calculated values, thereby classifying, by Modulation Frequency analysis, problem samples of the rotation excitation and combustion excitation influence of the engine in which the abnormality state determination of the engine has been difficult only with energy distribution while overcoming the limitation of Kurtosis analysis.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for predicting resistance to chemotherapy for ovarian cancer and uses thereof, and more particularly, as the expression of exosome-derived miR-214-3p in epithelial ovarian cancer patients increases, the expression of the target gene LHX6 is suppressed, malignancy of epithelial ovarian cancer and anticancer drug resistance are increased, the change in the expression level of miR-214-3p and LHX6 can be provided as a composition for predicting the prognosis of cancer malignancy and anticancer drug resistance in epithelial ovarian cancer patients, and as it was confirmed that apoptosis of epithelial ovarian cancer cells treated with miR-214-3p inhibitors increases and the anticancer drug resistance is regulated by the expression regulation of miR-214-3p and LHX6, the miR-214-3p inhibitor and the activator or expression promoter of LHX6 may be provided as an anti-cancer therapeutic agent or an anti-cancer drug sensitizer for epithelial ovarian cancer cells.

Abstract: A method for producing a micro-pattern on surface of a wire is disclosed. The method includes a step of applying a nanoparticle solution to the wire to form a nanoparticle solution layer on the surface of the wire; and a step of irradiating the nanoparticle solution layer with a Bessel beam laser to induce sintering of nanoparticles, thereby forming a micro-pattern on the surface of the wire. It is possible to form a microelectrode pattern on a level of several to tens of micrometers on the surface of a micro-wire having a diameter on a scale of several tens to several hundreds of micrometers. Since a laser optical system with a long depth of focus is used, a micro-pattern with a uniform thickness can be formed on surface of a wire having a curvature in a simple.

Abstract: A PD-L1 mutant having improved binding affinity for PD-1 is disclosed. A method for preparing the PD-L1 variant and a method for screening the PD-L1 variant are also disclosed. The PD-L1 variant produced by substituting some amino acids in the sequence of wild-type PD-L1 with other optimal amino acids, achieving greatly improved affinity for PD-1.
