  • Patent number: 10852857
Abstract: An e-pen includes e-pen sensor electrodes (including a first and a second e-pen sensor electrode) and drive-sense circuits (DSCs) (including a first DSC and a second DSC. The first DSC drives a first e-pen signal having a first frequency via a first single line coupling to the first e-pen sensor electrode and simultaneously senses, via the first single line, the first e-pen signal. Based on e-pen/touch sensor device interaction, the first e-pen signal is coupled into at least one touch sensor electrode of the touch sensor device. The first DSC process the first e-pen signal to generate a first digital signal representative of a first electrical characteristic of the first e-pen sensor electrode. Similarly, the second DSC drives a second e-pen signal having a second frequency via a second single line coupling to the second e-pen sensor electrode and simultaneously senses, via the second single line, the second e-pen signal.

  • Patent number: 10853751
Abstract: An illustrative method for managing a supply chain is performed by a supply chain management server. The method comprises receiving information related to operations of a first supplier. The first supplier is responsible for providing a first product that satisfies criteria of a buyer. The method further includes determining a risk value that indicates a risk level of disruption of the operations of the first supplier and flagging the first supplier within a database of potential suppliers in response to determining that the determined risk value is greater than a risk tolerance threshold. The method also comprises notifying the buyer that the first supplier has been flagged and providing a list of recommended suppliers to the buyer. The recommended suppliers are each capable of providing a respective second product to the buyer. Each of the respective second products satisfies the criteria of the buyer.

  • Patent number: 10854771
Abstract: Techniques, systems, and devices are disclosed that relate to coaxial photoconductive switch modules. The coaxial photoconductive switch may include an outer conductor, an inner conductor, and a photoconductive material positioned between the inner conductor and the outer conductor. The inner conductor, the outer conductor, and the photoconductive material have a predetermined height. A bias voltage may be applied between the inner conductor and the outer conductor. When light of a predetermined wavelength and a predetermined intensity is incident on the photoconductive material, the photoconductive material may break down allowing a current to flow through the photoconductive material between the inner conductor and the outer conductor.

  • Patent number: 10856238
Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure relate to selective multichannel amplification in a distributed communication system. In this regard, a remote antenna unit (RAU) in the distributed communication system receives downlink digital signals associated with downlink channels having respective downlink channel bandwidths. The RAU digitally scales the downlink digital signals based on respective digital scaling factors to generate scaled downlink digital signals having a substantially equal channel power density in the downlink channels. By digitally scaling the downlink digital signals to provide the substantially equal channel power density in the downlink channels, it is possible to provide substantially uniform radio frequency (RF) coverage range across the downlink channels, thus helping to improve overall RF coverage and user experience in a coverage area of the distributed communication system.

  • Patent number: 10855637
Abstract: Technologies are described to increase a data limit for a user by introducing additional archive mailboxes as the original archive fills up or subsequently added archive mailboxes fill up. Thus, a user's data limit may be effectively removed through the use of additional archive mailboxes. In some examples, the additional mailboxes may be integrated into the architecture of the communication application such that their use is transparent to the user and/or an administrator of the communication application or associated service through the use of an application programming interface (API) that exposes a single multivalued strongly typed collection instead of dealing with multiple attributes and extending the schema every time a new type needs to be added. A mailbox locations attribute may act as the main storage of serialized mailbox locations and a mailbox identifier attribute may be used for indexing.

  • Patent number: 10856198
Abstract: A mobility management entity (MME) receives a first message for a wireless device supporting a first number of bearers. In response to receiving the first message, the MME selects a network gateway from a plurality of network gateways, based on a second number of bearers supported by the network gateway. The MME sends, to the network gateway, a create session request message for creating an internet protocol-connectivity access network (IP-CAN) session for the wireless device supporting the first number of bearers. The create session request message comprises an address of the network gateway. The MME receives, from the network gateway, a create session response message confirming creation of the IP-CAN session.

  • Patent number: 10853196
Abstract: Systems and methods for discovering applications. An application may be discovered by determining a topology of the application in a containerized platform. Discovering the topology may include determining the components of the application and then determining relationships between the components. The relationships may include whether a component (e.g., a microservice) is user facing and may be based on traffic patterns between the components. The components or microservices may be prioritized or ranked based on the topology. The topology can be used when performing a data protection operation such as a restore operation.
