  • Publication number: 20200297286
Abstract: A system and method for treating cancer by integrating a hemodynamic parameter (Hdp) monitoring system and a radiofrequency generator synchronized by a processing system is disclosed. The system is capable of identifying health condition-specific Hdp variation values changes in a patient upon the exposure of low energy amplitude modulated electromagnetic fields frequencies. The exposure of the modulated frequencies influences cellular functions, such as microtubule conductivity, or malfunctions in a patient and can provide both a therapeutic and predictive and prognostic effect for the patient, providing for both treatment of a specific ailment or disease such as hepatocellular carcinoma as well as predictive results of how effective the treatment is likely to be. The construction of a library of frequencies can be used to more efficiently and effectively diagnose and treat a health condition in patients by auto-tuning a treatment regimen specifically to the patient.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a computerized method, system and software application for coordinating medical care through a Pathways Community Hub (HUB). A Pathways Community Hub is a network of care coordination agencies which focuses its mission towards reaching individuals within the community having the greatest risk-factors through the deployment of service providers such as community care coordinators. The Pathways Community Hub finds at-risk individuals in need of medical, health-related or social services, treats identified risk factors and measures a patient's risk status over time. The goal of the Pathways Community Hub is to achieve a reduction of risk among patients through open communication and collaboration among service providers including medical service providers and community-based organizations and to reduce the overall cost of medical, health-related and social services over time within a region.

Abstract: Techniques are provided to adaptively determine when to begin verify tests for memory cells during a program operation. The memory cells are programmed using a normal programming speed until their threshold voltage exceeds an initial verify voltage. The memory cells are then programmed further using a reduced programming speed until their threshold voltage exceeds a final verify voltage. In one aspect, a count of memory cells which exceeds the initial verify voltage is used to determine when to begin verify tests for a higher data state. In another aspect, a count of the higher state memory cells which exceeds the initial or final verify voltage is used to determine when to begin verify tests for the higher data state. The counted memory cells are not subject to the reduced programming speed.
