Abstract: Techniques for intelligently routing IO to a storage class memory (SCM) namespace are disclosed. A configuration for a namespace is determined, where the configuration indicates a type of IO that the namespace is structured to handle. Details about the configuration of the namespace are stored in a repository. A forwarding rule is generated based on the namespace's stored configuration. When incoming IO having attributes similar to that type is received, implementation of the forwarding rule causes the incoming IO to be directed to the namespace. Attributes of a particular incoming IO are determined. As a result of the attributes satisfying a similarity threshold relative to the type, the forwarding rule is implemented such that the particular incoming IO is directed to the namespace.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include systems and methods for tracing data. A disclosed tracing system can receive a request to access original data. The request can be associated with access request metadata. The tracing system can generate a tracer based at least in part on the access request metadata and can generate an altered version of the first data by inserting the tracer into the original data. The tracing system can update a database or log file associated with the first data to include association information based on the access request metadata. The tracing system can then provide the altered version of the first data in response to the request.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to determining a sign type of an unfamiliar sign. The system may include one or more processors. The one or more processors may be configured to receive an image and identify image data corresponding to a traffic sign in the image. The image data corresponding to the traffic sign may be input in a sign type model. The processors may determine that the sign type model was unable to identify a type of the traffic sign and determine one or more attributes of the traffic sign. The one or more attributes of the traffic sign may be compared to known attributes of other traffic signs and based on this comparison, a sign type of the traffic sign may be determined. The vehicle may be controlled in an autonomous driving mode based on the sign type of the traffic sign.

Abstract: Techniques described herein relate to a method for generating synthetic full backups. The method may include obtaining a snapshot associated with a previous backup stored in a data domain; obtaining a second snapshot associated with a current state of the source data; generating a snapshot difference report using the first snapshot and the second snapshot and including a delete list, a rename list, and a copy list; storing a copy of the previous backup in the data domain; performing a delete operation on the copy based on the delete list; performing a rename operation on the copy based on the rename list; and performing a copy operation based on the copy list. In one or more embodiments, performing the delete operation, the rename operation, and the copy operation on the copy of the previous backup generates a first synthetic full backup of the source data.

Abstract: A system includes multiple sensors and, for each sensor, a respective sensor controller of multiple sensor controllers. Each sensor controller is configured to implement a respective decimation filter that is configured to generate a single output value from multiple input samples generated by a corresponding sensor of the multiple sensors. The system further includes a master sensor controller of the multiple sensor controllers, which is configured to generate a sync signal upon receiving a threshold number of input samples. Each sensor controller other than the master sensor controller is configured to monitor sync signals generated by the master sensor controller and to provide an output value generated from input samples upon determining that the master sensor controller generated a sync signal.

Abstract: One example method for identifying useful segments in surgical videos includes accessing a video of a surgical procedure and user activities of a plurality of users who have watched the video of the surgical procedure. The user activities include operations performed during playback of the video. The method further includes dividing the video into multiple segments and determining a popularity score for each of the multiple segments based on the operations. Useful segments are identified from the segments based on the popularity scores. The method further includes generating metadata for the video of the surgical procedure to include an indication of the identified useful segments and associating the metadata with the video of the surgical procedure.

Abstract: Methods of using glucokinase (GK) activators are generally disclosed herein, particularly in combination with insulin or insulin analogs. In certain aspects, the disclosure provides methods of treating type 1 diabetes that include administering a GK activator in combination with insulin or insulin analogs. Uses of GK activators as a medicament are also disclosed herein, as well as the manufacture of a medicament for such uses.

Abstract: A C-RAN includes a plurality of remote units (RUs), each being configured to exchange RF signals with at least one UE. The C-RAN also includes a central unit communicatively coupled to the plurality of RUs via a fronthaul interface. The fronthaul interface includes a unit having a switching function and configured to perform deep packet inspection on a received packet in order to determine whether an RU identification is present in the packet. The RU identification, if present in the packet, indicates at least one RU the packet is intended for. When the RU identification is present in the packet, the unit is also configured to communicate, for each of the at least one RU, at least a portion of the packet to the RU based on a comparison of the RU identification with at least one bit pattern for the RU.

The present invention typically includes a wall charger with one or more electrical outlets on the front face so that the use of the wall outlet is not lost. The wall charger of the present invention is suitable for use in any major country and may be adapted to the outlet configuration and voltage of those countries.

The device may also have a spindle gearbox, a spindle cooperating with the spindle gearbox for the longitudinal adjustment, and a mount for receiving the spindle gearbox. The spindle gearbox may be at least partly held in the inner channel so as to be fixed relative to the first rail. Laterally projecting protrusions of the holding legs of the mount, which legs may be each arranged in front of and behind the spindle gearbox in the longitudinal direction, engage through lateral openings in the first rail. An abutment device having a contact section may be arranged in the region of the lateral openings. The contact section contacts the holding leg arranged in the particular opening. A vehicle seat with the device is also provided.

The relaying may also include transmitting at least one relay data stream corresponding to the input data stream to the at least one other device, via at least one of the configured one or more of the plurality of distributed transceivers.

Abstract: Improved video compression and video streaming systems and methods are disclosed for environments where camera motion is common, such as cameras incorporated into head-mounted displays. This is accomplished by combining a 3D representation of the shape of the user's environment (walls, floor, ceiling, furniture, etc.), image data, and data representative of changes in the location and orientation (pose) of the camera between successive image frames, thereby reducing data bandwidth needed to send streaming video in the presence of camera motion.

A ceiling fan includes an electric motor which rotates blades; and an electric lamp, which is an integrated component of the ceiling fan and is co-located beneath the blades. The motor and the lamp receive electric power from a mains electric socket via a single electric power cord that provides Alternating Current. The lamp is configured to emit visible light having light warmth at a user-configurable level along a continuous spectrum of light warmth, between a lower-bound value and an upper-bound value. The electric lamp includes a first set of LEDs and a second set of LEDs. The first set of LEDs is capable of emitting visible light at a first, fixed, light warmth value, which is the lower-bound value of that continuous spectrum of light warmth levels.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides for an agrochemical emulsion with reduced spray drift that includes an emulsion pre-mix concentrate, an acrylate-based copolymer, and an aqueous based agrochemical composition. The agrochemical emulsion includes 0.05 to 5 weight percent (wt %) of the emulsion pre-mix concentrate, 0.05 to 5 wt. % of the acrylate-based copolymer and 90 to 99.9 wt. % of the aqueous based agrochemical composition. The emulsion pre-mix concentrate includes 40 to 70 wt. % of an alkylene glycol ether, 10 to 40 wt. % of a vegetable-oil, and a surfactant, where the wt. % of the surfactant is 0.5 to 2 times the wt. % of the vegetable-oil wt. %, where the wt. % values are based on the total weight of the emulsion pre-mix concentrate and the wt. % of the alkylene glycol ether, the vegetable-oil and the surfactant total 100 wt. % of the emulsion pre-mix concentrate. The acrylate-based copolymer has a weight average molecular weight of 0.5 to 1.5 million.

The legs can be mounted to the socket by insertion and turning for threaded engagement. The floating engagement mechanism can allow the threaded fastener member to move during installation to provide for enhanced alignability between the leg and the threaded fastener member.

This spectral beam combining system may facilitate combining an increased number of spectral channels thereby producing higher optical power of the combining beam system.
