Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for onshore or offshore erecting an upstanding construction comprising longitudinal construction parts, comprising the steps of providing the longitudinal construction parts, transporting the longitudinal construction parts on a vehicle to an erection site, providing a crane for hoisting the longitudinal construction parts, using the crane for placing the respective longitudinal construction parts on top of each other on a construction base at the erection site, providing the construction base and/or the longitudinal construction parts with a support and guide facility for the crane, arranging that the crane is mountable on the support and guide facility, and mounting the crane on the support and guide facility of at least one of the construction base and the longitudinal construction parts that is placed on the construction base, so as to arrange that the crane is movable up and down along the support and guide facility of the construction.
Abstract: The invention pertains to a crane, a method for assembling a crane and a method for disassembling a crane. The crane comprises: a first mast which is tiltable relative to the crane base around a first mast pivot axis into an inclined mast operating position; and a receiving device, which is adapted to receive the mast section of the first mast, which receiving device has a receiving device central axis parallel to the central mast axis, and a mast section guide which is adapted to guide movement of the mast section relative to the receiving device in the direction of the receiving device central axis, wherein the receiving device is connected to the crane base and the first mast is tiltable relative to the crane base around the first mast pivot axis.

Abstract: A method for using a revolver crane, comprising the positioning of a ballast on a platform ring in accordance with the repositioning of a load which is supported by a boom, is repositioned in relation to the platform ring as well, so as to cause a balance of moments. A revolver crane for performing this method comprises ballast hoisting elements for hoisting said ballast and repositioning it in relation to the platform ring.
