    Abstract: A fluid control device adapted to mix a fluid contained in a first medicinal vessel with a powder contained in a second vessel to produce therein a drug that is then delivered to a syringe for dispensing the drug. The device includes a fluid control member which in one operative position intercouples the first and second vessels to cause the fluid to mix with the powder to produce the drug in the second vessel. In another operative position of the control member, the second vessel is coupled to the syringe to deliver the drug thereto.
