Abstract: The collection and submission of data elements from an individual occurs at registration for a new account or updating an existing account upon cloud-based software to accept service leads and service job offers from general contractors. This method allows applying for, automatically processing, and providing management of the associations, arrangements, agreements, interactions, and transactions between general contractors, subcontractors, and customers to convert service leads to jobs on cloud-based software. The method processes the service lead data from external systems and reads the relationship with the service lead details and general contractors and subcontractors. This method creates service job terms and conditions and tracks the job status against them. It communicates job status to the users and then accepts payment for the service job. Then, the method disburses payments to general contractors and subcontractors accordingly.
Abstract: The method has the collection of data from a user to apply for licensing cost reimbursement for a software application. The method processes payments from the user per service terms. The service terms appear in an electronic agreement displayed to the user and cover the user and the customer of the user utilizing the method. The provider pays the user the amount per the agreement less the license cost, per payment schedule billing, and any other fees. The method provides a platform for the user to provide a service, receive payment for the service, and cover the license cost to the user only upon receipt of payment from the user's customer. The invention does not create an independent contractor and an employee relationship with its user.

The automated lead vetting process performs computerized queries to ancillary, external data sources and requests additional information from the lead requester to verify an identity, validate the information, and add details to the request that is then provided to the business. The method to submit a lead to the software application utilizes manual data entry to software application interface, external website submitting data that is pointed to the software application, or with a direct data entry routed from outside, third party lead systems to the software application.
