Abstract: The invention relates to a control system for a commutator motor which is operated by phase-fired control. Allocation of a first and second control device in a single operating state without transition makes it possible to obtain constant jolting rotation of said motor by continuously varied cutting of the half-waves into first and second area sections (8,7) of an alternative current voltage. The inventive type of control system can be used advantageously in electric screwing or drilling tools.

Abstract: A switching arrangement for controlling the rpm constancy between idling and full power of universal motors in electric tools has a phase-shift control (IC) which, for setting the set value, is connected at an output via an adjusting resistor with a tap of a voltage divider, and whose trigger output controls an electronic power switch disposed in the electrical circuit of the motor. In order to obtain an optimal readjustment of the load in the entire provided rpm range by means of such a switching arrangement, it is provided that between the tap of the voltage divider and the one output of the phase-control circuit (IC) at least one further adjusting resistor is provided, with which a preferably electronic circuit device is switched in parallel, which is controlled from a point in the voltage divider.
Abstract: In a quick-action clamping device for axially securing a disk-shaped tool, particularly a grinding wheel on a flange of a driven spindle that has a clamping part provided with a thread that can be screwed to the thread of the spindle. The disk-shaped tool is held clamped between contact surfaces of the flange and the clamping part whose spacing from one another can be changed. It is proposed to avoid complete release of the tension nut during spindle stop operation in that the tool is pressed against the flange by means of at least one additional holding surface via a spring force, and that this additional holding surface is connected to the spindle in a manner secured against relative rotation.

Abstract: A vibration-cushioned handle, to be clamped in at one end, is designed for an electrical tool or the like. The handle has a coupling at one end for firm attachment to the body of the tool, and a coaxial handle sleeve. At least one cushioned spring element is located between the sleeve and the coupling. The handle provides good reduction of vibration, and sufficient sturdiness of the handle connection on the other, while being of simple construction. To this purpose, the spring element has different spring rigidities, on the one side in the radial direction relative to the axis of the handle sleeve, and on the other side in the direction of a pendulous or Cardanic excursion of the handle sleeve, around a pole lying on their axis.
