At least one metal washer is disposed between the conductive primer and the sealing cover. At least one first insulation washer is fit on the sealing cover. At least one hollow conductive terminal is riveted to the first insulation washer and metal washer. At least one bolt is fastened to the inner threaded portion of the conductive primer via the hollow conductive terminal, first insulation washer, sealing cover, and metal washer and abuts the hollow conductive terminal. A laser welding treatment is applied between the bolt and the hollow conductive terminal, providing a sealing effect therebetween.

    Abstract: A method for forming a wire bonding substrate is disclosed. A substrate comprising a first surface and a second surface is provided. A through hole is formed in the substrate. A conductive layer is formed on the first surface and the second surface of the substrate and covers a sidewall of the through hole. The conductive layer on the first surface of the substrate is patterned to form at least a first conductive pad, and the conductive layer on the second surface of the substrate is patterned to form at least a second conductive pad. An insulating layer is formed on the first surface and the second surface of the substrate and covers the first conductive pad and the second conductive pad. The insulating layer is recessed until top surfaces of the first conductive pad and the second conductive pad are exposed. A first metal layer is electroplated on the first conductive pad by applying current from the second conductive pad to the first conductive pad through the conductive layer passing the through hole.

    Abstract: A fuel cell system is provided. The fuel cell system includes a fuel tank, a fuel supply unit, a fuel cell stack, a liquefied recycling unit, a liquid level modulation unit, a sensing unit and a control unit. The fuel supply unit supplies a first fuel to the fuel tank. The fuel tank provides a second fuel to the fuel cell stack, and the fuel cell stack generates a first gas. The liquefied recycling unit liquefies the first gas, transforming the first gas into a recycled fluid. The liquid level modulation unit guides the recycled fluid into the fuel tank to maintain a stable fuel level of the second fuel in the fuel tank. The sensing unit senses a current signal provided by the fuel cell stack. The control unit calculates a current quantity according to the current signal to supply the first fuel to the fuel tank.
