  • Publication number: 20160280018
Abstract: Each of a plurality of tire air pressure detectors includes an information retention portion that retains one or more pieces of timing information indicating the time at which the tire air pressure detector has rotated to a specific detector angle in a first time band for withholding transmission of a radio wave signal, and a radio wave transmission control portion that transmits one or more of the pieces of timing information retained in the information retention portion to a receiver in a second time band enabling transmission of the radio wave signal. The receiver includes an axle rotation amount reader portion that receives axle rotation amount information generated in each of a plurality of axle rotation detection portions, and a position determination portion that calculates an axle rotation amount at the point in time at which the tire air pressure detectors have rotated to the specific detector angle.

  • Patent number: 9434217
Abstract: In a wheel position detection apparatus, a first controlling section of a transmitter repeatedly transmits a frame including specific identification information at a timing when an angle of the transmitter is at a predetermined angle. A second control unit of a receiver receives the frame transmitted from the transmitter, and identifies which of a plurality of wheels the transmitter that has transmitted the frame is attached to. The receiver changes an allowable range of variability in accordance with a road surface condition indicated by a degree of road surface roughness every time the frame is received, and sets the allowable range of variability wider for a road surface that is rough than for a road surface that is not rough.

  • Patent number: 9399935
Abstract: In an oil pan inner tank valve structure, a disc-shaped float valve is arranged below a valve port that provides fluid communication between the inside and outside of a bottom wall of an inner tank, and a lower cover is arranged below the float valve. In addition, a center recess is depressed at a lower surface center of the float valve, and a lateral movement restricting pin is upright from the lower cover and is constantly engaged with the center recess by recess/protrusion engagement. The lower cover restricts a vertically movable range of the float valve. In addition, the lateral movement restricting pin restricts lateral movement of the float valve so that a top portion of an upper surface bulged portion vertically constantly faces an area inside a valve seat.

  • Publication number: 20150347259
Abstract: [Problem] To provide a server monitoring device capable of grasping the state of a server more rapidly than conventional ones, and a server monitoring system. [Solution] This server monitoring device has a configuration in which a plurality of optical fibers are optically coupled to a plurality of light-emitting elements each showing the operating state of a server by a lighting mode, and the end surfaces of the plurality of optical fibers on the opposite side to the light-emitting elements are secured in a predetermined arrangement. An image of a light emission pattern of the end surfaces of the optical fibers is captured by a camera, and the image is transmitted to a monitoring person.

  • Publication number: 20140246102
Abstract: A flow control valve includes a housing that includes a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet; a valve body that together with the housing, forms a first chamber with a variable volume and a second chamber with a variable volume; a communication passage that connects the first chamber and the second chamber together; and an urging portion that urges the valve body in a direction in which the volume of the first chamber decreases. When the valve body moves in a direction to increase the volume of the first chamber against urging force of the urging portion, the valve body moves closer to the fluid outlet and reduces a degree to which the second chamber is communicated with the fluid outlet.

  • Patent number: 8307935
Abstract: In a vehicle pop-up hood apparatus in which a rod is extended and a hood is pushed up by the operation of an actuator at a time of collision with a collision body, collision energy is absorbed with high efficiency when a collision load of a predetermined value or greater is input to an area near a hood pushed up position. Actuator (18) operates such that rod (20) moves in an axial direction toward a hood upper side, pushes up a rear edge side of hood rocker (12) and holds it at that position and, in that state, when a collision load of a predetermined value or greater acts from a hood upper side to near the pushed up position of the hood, push portion (54) slides along pushed up surface (38) of hinge arm (30) towards a vehicle rear side, and rod (20) is made to bend in conjunction therewith.

  • Patent number: 8096174
Abstract: A vehicle includes an ABS, which controls braking force on wheels, and a tire condition monitoring apparatus, which detects the internal air pressure of tires. The dynamic rolling radius of the tires is computed based on signals from rotation sensor units of the ABS. The weight of a load carried by the vehicle is computed based on the dynamic rolling radius of the tires and the internal air pressure of the tires detected by the tire condition monitoring apparatus. When computing the load weight, a load weight determination map, which previously sets the relationship among the internal air pressure of the tires, the dynamic rolling radius of the tires, and the weight of the load carried by the vehicle, is used.
