The body (10) has an engagement element (14e) and the lid (20) has a closure tab (70) movable between an engaged position in which, when the lid (20) is in a shut position in which the lid shuts the opening, the closure tab (70) co-operates with the engagement element (14e) and thus holds the lid (20) in the shut position, and a disengaged position in which the closure tab (70) does not co-operate with the engagement element (14e). The pot has a blocking tongue (42) movable between a locked position in which it blocks the closure tab (70) in the engaged position, and an unlocked position in which the closure tab (70) is movable between the engaged position and the disengaged position.
Abstract: Stick of cosmetic product, in particular of lipstick, comprising two compositions A and B extending along a longitudinal axis, method and device for manufacturing such a stick of cosmetic product, the stick of cosmetic product, the stick of cosmetic product having a side surface presenting a decorative surface portion in relief.
Abstract: The invention proposes a process for filling a unit container with a cosmetic product from a capsule containing a dose of said cosmetic product, where said capsule comprises a tube filled with said dose of cosmetic product, where said tube extends between a first end closed by a piston slidably mounted in a cylinder and a second end forming an initially closed outlet nozzle, and where said process comprises at least a preparatory step during which the outlet nozzle of the capsule is opened and at least one step of casting in which said cosmetic product is cast into the cosmetic product container.
Abstract: A wiper device (10) for a liquid or paste applicator (30), the wiper device comprising a tubular body (12) having an axis (X), and a plurality of blades (20) that extend from the tubular body (12) and that are arranged around the axis (X), each blade (20) comprising a proximal end (22) that is close to the tubular body, a distal end (26), and an intermediate portion (24), the wiper device being characterized in that the intermediate portion (24) of each blade is closer to the axis (X) of the tubular body (12) than are the proximal and distal ends (22, 26) of said blade (20). A liquid or paste applicator unit including such a wiper device.
Abstract: The present invention concerns a retractable covering system suitable for covering a handling element protruding from the neck of a product reservoir. In the system, an assembly ring defines a longitudinal axis and an axial direction. A cap is translatable along the longitudinal axis relative to the assembly ring between a deployed position, in which it extends substantially protruding relative to the ring, and a retracted position, in which it is at least partially retracted relative to the ring. An elastic element biasing biases the cap toward the deployed position and a reversible locking device locks the cap in the retracted position.
Abstract: The packaging includes a container provided with an opening at the top and bounding a housing designed to receive the product, a lid designed to close the opening of the container and a deformable membrane borne by the lid to ensure the leak-tightness of the housing when the lid is in a closed position. The deformable membrane includes a generally flexible central wall surrounded by a generally rigid annular rim which is urged in the axial direction of closure by spring element bearing on a base of the lid such that the annular rim bears in a leak-tight manner on an annular bearing surrounding the opening of the container when the lid is in the closed position and the central wall may be deformed as a result of the differences in pressure prevailing on either side of the deformable membrane. The packaging may be used in particular for cosmetic preparations.

Abstract: The device comprises: a casing (10) having an open end (10?); a composition support (12), that is movable in the casing between a retracted position and an extended position; and an actuator (16) that is suitable for being moved so as to cause the support to move. The device further comprises first and second magnetic elements (20, 22) that are secured to the support and to the casing respectively. When the support is in its retracted position, the magnetic elements generate magnetic forces between them, which magnetic forces are suitable for holding said support in its retracted position. When the actuator is moved, it causes the support to move, moving the magnetic elements apart from each other, thereby reducing the magnetic forces in such a manner as to enable the support to move towards its extended position.
Abstract: A packaging device for packaging a fluid refill, in particular for a cosmetic, the packaging device including a sheath having an open end, and a removable assembly that is suitable for being fastened in removable manner to the open end between a locked position in which the refill is held in the sheath, and an unlocked position in which the refill may be removed from the sheath. The removable assembly includes a retainer interface that co-operates with the open end and that presents an anchor member, and also an actuator member that co-operates with the retainer interface while being suitable for being moved axially relative thereto, so as to be taken into an actuated position in which the actuator member urges the anchor member to be anchored to the open end of the sheath, and a disengaged position in which it releases the anchor member.
Abstract: A dispenser device for a container containing a product to be dispensed, the device comprising a body for connecting to the container and presenting a chamber that is open at a bottom end of the body and in which a pump is arranged, connected to a top dispenser head. The dispenser device also comprises a driver that is suitable for being moved so as to cause the dispenser head to move between a storage position in which the dispenser head is substantially retracted inside the body, and a dispensing position in which the dispenser head projects beyond a top end of the body. The dispenser device further comprises a sealing diaphragm that defines a top end of the chamber and that presents a movable end that is connected to the pump, and a stationary end that is suitable for being connected to the container.
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a cosmetic article having a decorative embossed and/or debossed surface, based on at least one cosmetic product hot-poured into a container, this method making use of: a receptacle forming said container and having a peripheral wall and a bottom, said receptacle having at least one filling area, each filling area extending from the bottom of said receptacle and having a filling hole and at least one vent hole, and a closure member that cooperates with the receptacle to define an enclosed filling cavity with the at least one filling area, and having an embossed and/or debossed surface adapted to give the cosmetic product poured into said cavity an embossed and/or debossed surface, said method comprising at least the following steps: a) positioning the receptacle on the closure member so that the embossed and/or debossed surface extends into the filling area; b) hot-injecting the cosmetic product into the filling cavity by means of a filling head inserted in th
Abstract: The device comprises: a casing (10) having an open end (10?); a composition support (12) that is movable in the casing between a retracted position and an extended position; and a control piece (16) that is suitable for being moved so as to cause the support to move. The device further comprises first and second magnetic elements (20, 22) that are secured to the support (12) and to the control piece (16) respectively. When the piece is in its first position and when the support is in its retracted position, the magnetic forces between these elements hold the support. When the control piece is moved, the magnetic forces are reduced and enable the support to move towards its extended position.
Abstract: An applicator device comprising a tubular base, a sleeve mounted rotating on the tubular base between a storage position and a use position, an end cover designed to close the sleeve, a maneuvering mechanism comprising first and second parts rotatably mounted relative to each other, and a cup carrying a stick of product, the first and second parts being driven in rotation respectively with the tubular base and the sleeve and being designed to move the cup axially when the sleeve rotates on the tubular base. The first and second parts of the maneuvering mechanism are mounted axially sliding respectively relative to the tubular base and to the sleeve, and are moved axially in the outlet direction of the stick of product when the sleeve is rotated towards the storage position from an intermediate angular position.
