Abstract: The invention concerns an overcapping cover (1), comprising a head (5) and a skirt (4), and easy-to-open means, consisting of a line of weakness, borne by the skirt, and characterised in that: a) the easy-to-open means comprises at least a so-called lower line of weakness (44) located on the cover at a height H which defines a partition of said cover with a so-called upper part (10) and a so called lower part (11); b) said upper part (10) comprises a gripping tab (46) interposed between notches or recesses (460, 461); c) said cover comprises at least additional means selected among: a second line of weakness (43) in said upper part (10), means reinforcing (67) all or part of the lower part (11) means for fixing (66) on the neck of all or part of said lower part (11), means for reinforcing all or part of said upper part (10), such that when it is opened for the first time, the tear strip (45) formed by pulling the tab (46) removes along with it the whole upper part (10).

Abstract: Closing cap (1) for a receptacle, typically a bottle with a threaded neck comprising an outer cap (2) typically provided with a top (20) and a skirt (21), and an insert (3) made of a plastic material with a threaded skirt (31) fixed to the said outer cap (2), characterised in that the said threaded skirt (31) comprises an inner thread (32), and the thickness of the bottom (320) varies from 0.40 mm to 0.150 mm.

Abstract: A spill-proof pouring device for fixing inside the neck of a bottle includes a skirt sealing to the inside of the neck on its outer surface and having an internal channel. An upper flared portion of the skirt protrudes beyond the lip of the neck, and is formed of a flexible material. The flared portion joins the skirt at a point of union of reduced thickness to permit flexing action by the protruding portion.

Abstract: Sealing cap for closing screw top receptacles includes a metal cap having inner and outer surfaces, a threaded insert formed of a plastic material disposed within the metal cap and rigidly fixed to the inner surface thereof, and a coating bonded to at least a portion of the inner surface of the metal cap. The coating contains plastic material in a divided state and is heat sealed to the insert.

Abstract: An overcap for a container including a head portion and a skirt portion, and a method for its production. The skirt portion has a metal wall and an opening area constructed and arranged to be broken during removal of the overcap. A sleeve of plastic material adheres to the metal wall over an area limited to the opening area.

Abstract: A dry offset printing process using a printing apparatus including a) at least one inker block, each block inking a relief plate corresponding to one color of the final motif to be reproduced on an object and including an inker and a succession of transfer rollers, and b) a central blanket which can be placed into contact with the object to be decorated. An ink of suitable tackiness is selected, and the temperature of the ink is regulated in the inker to a predetermined temperature between 15.degree. and 30.degree. C.

Abstract: The invention relates to a metal cap, the thickness of the skirt of which is 0.06 to 0.4 mm, with at least one tearing ling which includes a cut or tear line and alternating transverse reliefs and external recesses, each recess ending in the tearing line or at least within 0.5 mm thereof, the thickness of the bottom wall of the tear line being 20 to 70% of the thickness of the skirt, and the tearing line having a bottom thickness which is at most equal to 70% of the thickness of the skirt. The invention also relates to a method of producing the cap. The invention is applicable to obtaining tearable tabs for metal caps which tabs tear entirely along the rear line provided without dangerous edges.
