Abstract: A method of constructing a roof or floor by connecting girders to a flexible sheet at spaced locations. Storage spaces are formed between adjacent pairs of girders by bringing the connected girders together into side-by-side relationship. Each portion of the flexible sheet between adjacent pairs of girders is stored in the storage space formed between the respective pair of adjacent girders. Heat insulating material is placed on the portions of the flexible sheet between adjacent, moved apart pairs of girders.
Abstract: Method for mounting a structure comprising a number of girders or similar as a roof, floor or similar. The girders are interconnected at their lower side by a flexible sheet or similar and the unit thus assembled is pushed together by moving the girders close together and folding the flexible sheet. The unit is transported from the manufacturing place to the building site, where the unit is placed in its final place and the girders are moved apart to their final position. A structure is adapted to be mounted according to the method having girders interconnected by a flexible member at their lower ends.
Abstract: A foundation for cellarless houses comprises a foundation wall (6) whose underside is disposed on a level below the ground surface (4) surrounding the house (1) and serves to support the house and, together with a bearing floor structure (5), also to define a bottom space (12) in the area above the ground on which the house is erected. The floor structure (5) has a lower portion which is air permeable in order, via the floor structure, to permit supplying air of substantially room temperature to said bottom space (12) from which the air is thereafter evacuated. According to the invention, said lower portion exclusively consists of a thin air-permeable web (11), and a heat insulating layer (21) for the foundation is placed directly on the ground (20) underneath the floor structure.
Abstract: A floor is disclosed comprising joists partially embedded in a slab. The joists are composed of a web and two flanges, the web having a lattice structure and the slab consisting of a cast, light material.
